We arrived at the property and the pool was green. We notified the property manager and 2 days later they came and shocked the pool. We lost 4 days out of our 7 day stay with no pool to use. When we did use the pool my daughter had a severe reaction due to chemicals used. So really on 2/7 days we could use the pool. The back door lock was not working, property manager was notified and nothing was done. We felt unsafe at night sleeping and leaving our belonging in the place without a proper working lock. We communicated issues to property management and asked for some compensation, 6 months later we are still waiting and the property manager keeps asking for more time. I don't like posting negative reviews, and usually able to work something out but this property management company doesn't seem to want to make an effort for the inconvenience with reasonable and patient guests.
