Great property. Well appointed. The unit was fantastic. Only downside was one day we planned poolside - the restaurant/bar workers didn't show up or open until late afternoon. Upside - the pub across the street came through strong!!!

When we arrived at the property we couldn’t get into the building because the main doors were locked, not the owners fault. We had to wait for someone to come off the elevator to let us in. When we got to our room, there were dehumidifiers outside the unit due to a water issue which made it very stuffy. Then inside the unit the air never worked right the entire time we were there. I let them know right away but the issue was never resolved after several texts and calls. We were told a technician would come look at it but no one showed up. When it’s ninety something degrees outside, you need air. The floor was dirty (had a baby crawling around) and the second bathroom shower had hair on the wall.

Sadly, the hired cleaning staff let some things go unnoticed and/ or didn’t communicate with management the needs of the unit prior to renting again…Communication with ownership was fast! !

Our stay was amazing! Close to Disney and had great amenities. The check in process was smooth and the unit was clean. Huge outdoor space with a nice view of the pool and Orlando in the distance.

Started out in the beginning, not able to get into the building. Per the instructions we were supposed to send a text to advise the manager that we had arrived, which I did.hard No response Had to wait for other guests to let us in. Once I was able to get into the building, I was able to access the room. The keys to get in and out of the building are actually in the room. The keys only worked sporadically and I had to go twice to the front desk to get them turned back on.. Otherwise, relying on other guests to let us into the building. The television in the second room doesn’t work. I reached out to the property manager to find out if there was some type of secret to getting it to work. No response. There was decor throughout the condo with weird little tags saying not to touch everywhere. The main pool (with the ship) heater wasn’t working and was under repair. I will not book here again.The location is decent and walkable to grocery stores Walmart and a small outlet mall.

My wife and twin 13 year old girls stayed at this property for 6 nights and 5 days at the Walt Disney World Resort. Location is outstanding-10 minutes from the parks and Walmart/Publix are a 2 minute drive away. The unit was clean and had a view of the pool from the 14th floor. Check in was very easy and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very close to grocery stores and the shuttle to theme parks was easy to coordinate. Would definitely recommend. The management was responsive to our questions as well.

The property and location were great. We couldn"t use the amenities and fabulous balcony because of lousy weather, but will come back another time for sure, when the weather is better. We had issues with the heating (it was really cold weather that week), and Sergio worked hard to get maintenance to repair it. We had great communication with him and the property manager, Gary. They were quick to respond to our messages. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Orlando

Condo was great for us to spread out and relax after a full day in the parks. Beds were comfortable and you can even watch the fireworks from Hollywood Studios from the balcony. We were also able to set up free transportation/bus to WDW with a coupon code given by the front desk concierge.

The resort is so close to Disney- we could leave Magic Kingdom and be pulling in the parking lot about 13 minutes later. Amazing to also have a Walmart and Publix so close to get necessities/groceries. We had a few small issues but nothing that affected our vacation. Note: pool is not heated so it was chilly! Nothing the host can do about that but something to consider if you are visiting November -February when temps can be chilly in Orlando. There are 3 hot tubs at the main pool though that were great!

The unit/property was great and I would definitely stay here again. Comfy beds, fantastic view, nicely decorated, great layout if you are travelling with kids or another couple. I had a user error, aka blonde moment, trying to initially enter the unit and both contacts got back to me *right away.* The icemaker wasn't working but I found a bag of ice in the freezer, so that was super helpful. I hope to come back in the future.

The unit was fine. It met our needs for the weekend. Two things that were not up to par. They left us two rolls of toilet paper and I requested more no one ever responded. Obviously we went out and bought our own. The other issue was that we expected a coffee maker and what was there was a Keurig. Not enough for more than two people at a time. Again no response from the manager. We finally figured out how to use the television but it was not user-friendly.

Very clean, open spaces, excellent views from the spacious balcony overlooking the pirate ship pool! Loved our weekend stay! This location was perfect for a day trip to Kennedy Space Center and centrally located for all of the Orlando attractions! We will save this place for future trips to Orlando!

We traveled here for a cheer competition, it was the perfect location to the convention center and just a short drive to other attractions and restaurants. We wanted something that would have entertainment for the kids during downtime of the cheer competition. It was absolutely perfect and fit our needs. Everything was clean and we loved the big balcony. We would def be staying here again.
