the location was very good and over all a good experience, we had multiple cars there was ample parking spaces for al of us. overall the house and pool was nice and as described on line. my only complaints are that the house needed some upgrades to the paint and bathroom fixtures, it just seemed worn down a little. lastly while we were there we had an ant invasion called to get exterminator out apparently the tec came out but we still had ants. fortunately the ant issue was at the end of our stay. The property needs some love and it would be a great stay.

We brought our whole team to stay in this house for a trade show. The home is deceptively large with lots of rooms and beds for everyone to stay in. If you have small kids they will absolutely love the beds and the themed rooms. The house was clean and fresh, and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. We would stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. We brought our seven grandchildren and there parents to enjoy Universal, Discovery Cove, and the ocean and this home was perfect for our needs. They loved the pool, hot tub, theatre room, and game room. We also spent a fun afternoon at the clubhouse swimming. The alligators entertained us all in the AM while we enjoyed our breakfast on the patio. The host communicated well and responded quickly to our questions. We would love to stay again.

the host was fantastic , amenities were more than we expected. we had a few minor issues . we rented a gas grill and the lighting option did not work had to run to the store and buy a lighter. one of the games in the game room would not work . and the leg on the pool table fell off. i looked under it afterwords to find there were no screws jolding it together.

House itself was awesome. Host David was awesome. A little disappointing having paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated. Cold first couple of days so we understood (as was stated by host prior to arrival) that it did not heat well but it did not improve on the very warm days so we beleive even though it was visually inspected it is not working correctly. Also no ither guest were follwing us and asked to leave at 3 and ended up having to pay for a half day. Otherwise great for a large group.

This was meant to be a special family vacation for nine of us, planned months in advance through VRBO. Unfortunately, it became a very stressful experience. When we arrived at check-in, the home looked beautiful and well-equipped, but we were immediately hit with a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes in a non-smoking property.Despite contacting the host, no suitable alternative was available, so we stayed and purchased products to reduce the odor. One bedroom remained strongly affected, where my sister-in-law and nine-year-old nephew were sleeping. Two days later, marijuana was discovered hidden under a mattress while searching for a lost phone. I notified the owner, property manager, and contacted police to remove it.The owner refused to refund any nights. Only the pool heater fee was refunded, and the cleaning fee was offered only if I agreed not to leave a negative review or discuss the drugs found, which was unacceptable.While the area itself was enjoyable, the handling of this situation was not. I hope sharing this helps other families avoid a similar experience.

The house was fantastic. Our grandkids would have been happy to just stay at the house and the community pool for the week. Host was quick to respond to any questions. The house had a great location for all of the major attractions.

We visit Florida at least once a year and this was our favorite stay yet! Close to everything but not right on a main drag with traffic VERY kid friendly. Clean, plenty of towels and typical household items! Would absolutely come back to this exact one if possible!

We had an amazing stay! The hosts offered exceptional hospitality, and everything was clean, welcoming, and well-prepared. The pool and game room were a huge hit for all ages, giving everyone something to enjoy. Our family also loved the peaceful scenery — the nature and wildlife behind the home made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!
