Nicest house in the neighborhood

It was an amazing experience staying here. They have customer support line and ready to go technicians for small issues one might face. Pool was great, rooms were clean and amenities were awesome. Thank you guys!

Honest Review- Pros and Cons family of 18

House- -plenty of rooms and bathrooms -we liked the 2 refrigerators -The house was very clean, adequate towels provided - maintenance was responsive/friendly- fixed several small issues. We did find them In the house one day without warning or for an issue we reported. -2 sets of washers and dryers was nice, however, the dryers did take 3-4 hrs to dry a normal load -the games/theater were great -the house is pretty sound proof -kitchen utensils and cookware are lacking. There are no cookie sheets and only a couple utensils Pool- We arrived on a Friday and the pool heat was not fixed until Wed. We were told every day that we were on the list for the pool company to come fix it that day. The pool was cold without it. Once the heat was fixed, the hot tub never did warm up. (Our heat cost did get refunded) Resort- -This specific house is located in the back of the resort. It is 1 mile from the resort pool. There is very limited parking by the house if you have more than 2 cars. There is very limited parking at the resort pool too. Driving there wouldn’t have been an issue if there was parking at the pool to stay parked. We have rented many houses in different states and have never had to call maintenance or report any issues. We are really easy going and can make most things work for us. I think the biggest difference this time is that the house was through a company and it wasn’t privately owned. While our stay was ok, for the cost it wasn’t what we hoped for.

Great Time

We had a fantastic time on the property. We had a few small issues with the dryers not working but a quick call to the host and it was fixed and working. We were all very impressed with the customer service when we called the host they came right out to fix any problems we had! Overall our family had a great family vacation!

My stay at the place was amazing and incredibly convenient. It was located close to many of my friends, which I really appreciated. The ease it provided made my experience even more enjoyable, and I am definitely looking forward to visiting again soon.

The house was the perfect size with a bedroom and connecting bathroom for each person in our party. The kids enjoyed the game room and projector screen with gaming system. The pictures does the house no justice as we were blown away by the interior. Will stay again! Thank you.

Our stay at the house was nothing short of amazing! It was tastefully decorated, inviting and comfortable. We had a blast relaxing in the heated pool and lounging around in the gorgeous backyard.

Orlando Family Gathering

It is a beautiful property with a very functional floor plan. We had spaces to gather and enough space to find a quiet place when needed. Property management was responsive to our calls for service. The parking was problematic. Not enough available parking for all of the cars in the area. The limitations on number of vehicles is not strictly enforced. However, the major complaint was some maintenance issues. The major concern was that the carpeting throughout was not clean. One of the bedrooms appeared to have a large coffee stain. Also the grill was never delivered or addressed at all despite multiple texts. Overall, we enjoyed the property. However, a pause should be put on renting in order to allow time for carpet cleaning and other minor maintenance, like paint touch ups. Pavers near the entrance next to the driveway would help prevent the tracking in of dirt on the carpet.

Beautiful home as advertised, however BBQ rental and property inspection issue!

Home was as advertised however the BBQ grill I paid to use was inoperable wouldn't stay lit wasn't able to use 1st night. Called office in am explained situation. No problem we'll send maint out to look at it. Waited most of morning and afternoon wasn't able to use for lunch. Sent texts back and forth no problem we'll contact maint. Then received text maint stated they were there lit the grill in front of everyone and functional. False! Texted back no one had come there.. are they sure they had the correct house. Eventually a new one was delivered, however after 5pm we've already left to go out to eat. I spoke with the office and asked..I hope I didn't get charged for the two days..her response was well you rented it for the week. I feel it should've been operational for the week to use when I needed it. Inspection of property prior to move in either wasn't documented properly or wasn't thorough because I received a bill 8 days later $700 for something that was already there upon arrival. The photo sent to me was a screen shot had no time stamp of when it was taken, however it was in the pictures my daughter took of things to document. I have the same photo with date and time stamp the day I arrived. I suggest you take photos or video of the house upon arrival and departure too. Called office today 06/01/21 @1:30 spoke with Erica said Jennifer was at lunch and would call me back when she returned approximately 30 minutes. I'm still waiting on the call(customer service)? I am sure this will be resolved. Marcel

Wonderful space and ammenities

Senior trip was a hit in this house. The game rooms and pool were loved by all, but the best thing was the karaoke machine. Everyone loved it! Two fridges and two washing machines were great for the amount of food and laundry that we had. We never had a problem with anything! The theater room was great for nightly meetings. Easy access to the house was wonderful! The only con I saw was the Solterra lazy river. There were only 4 tubes for the entire resort.
