Very disappointing stay. The unit was not clean when we arrived — floors were dirty, surfaces hadn’t been properly wiped down, and it just didn’t feel well maintained.The pool pass that was supposed to be included was not in the condo, and we had to track it down ourselves and ask for it, which was inconvenient and frustrating.There were also multiple broken items in the unit and multiple burnt-out light bulbs, making the space feel neglected and poorly managed. Overall, it did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or upkeep. I would not stay here again. When bringing up the issues we were promised same day service and had to call back the next day to request again. I reached out to the host after checking out about the concerns again and they deflected telling me the issues were our fault. Very poor customer service!!

Host was responsive. The place was just as pictured. It was convenient to parks which was important for me. It is in walking distance to a grocery store, souvenir shop, and a few places to eat which was nice. All in all I highly recommend.

Great communication with check in/out procedures. Location is perfect for what we had planned. Beds are very comfortable! Publix is most convenient. Kitchen amenities are a little lacking though, hard to cook meals when there aren’t enough pots and pans and utility bowls and such, but we made it work. Bathroom rugs could use replacing. There are no ceiling/stand fans so if you are hot natured then hit up Walmart for fans. Still, we had a great time and I would stay again!

Very easy process, upon arriving, space was very clean and neat. There are not tons of utensils and cooking supplies, but you’re in Orlando with amazing food places!! It was exactly as described and expected!! Thanks for a great Home for our stay!

Nice enough apartment. Floors were dirty and not cleaned before we arrived and by the state of it not cleaned in a long time. My feet were black walking from the bedroom to the living room. Balcony lights didn’t work and bedroom lights faulty. Sofa was disgusting with dirty marks over it all and not cleaned. Duvet was only covered in a sheet, not bedclothes and I doubt the duvet was a clean one after previous rental. Felt unclean sitting in the living room on dirty seats and pillows and unknown cleanliness of bedding.

The property was a great location for visiting the parks and easy touch-down point after a long day, however, was not an overwhelmingly comfortable and relaxing home. The couch was as pictured, but not a comfortable area to watch television. The hallway/corridor to the apartment was quite smelly as there were trash bins in the hallway outside every apartment...the bathrooms were not clean (mold in the shower door frames) and upon our arrival, the master bathroom and bedroom smelled of dirty feet or mold, we called the number to submit a complaint, and it took 4 hours and 4 phone calls for someone to show up and re-clean the bathroom (which we never used during the trip, and did not use the bedroom either due to the smell). While the complex pool was lovely, we did not get to spend much time there! Overall a nice vacation, but would not choose to rent this specific unit again due to the cleanliness and response time to try and remedy the issue...wish they would have just assigned us another unit and did a deep clean for the next renters. My stay here was incredibly smooth, from check-in to check-out. We encountered no issues throughout our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and conveniently located. The pool was also a great addition. The host even extended our check-out time without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

An amazing stay away from home

A very clean and amazing place to stay. I love the amenities offered and loved how close it was to EVERYTHING. The place was super clean and set up very well for our arrival. The condo felt homely and had all the kitchen equipment one needs to cook! Excellent - great location.

A short walk to the Rosen Shingle Hotel where we were attending a conference. Short ride to universal theme park and top golf. Nice pool and bar for the evening and also bar, cafe and supermarket all within easy 5 minute walking distance! Just ideal.
