Awesome place! We never used the water park as the house pool was amazing! The pool/spa heat was phenomenal!! House location is literally 10 minutes from Disney properties! Home is very nice with great amenities!!Perfect rating from this family!!!!

We had a great time at this property! The house was very spacious and the pool/theater room were great for keeping the kids occupied. Additionally, the playground, sports area and water park were great for our off days. There were plenty of tvs and bathrooms which is always a plus with large groups. We also loved that our family dog could join us! The location is great, super close to shopping/gas stations and easy to get to the theme parks. Looking forward to our return!

Excellent Stay

Had a great stay! Laura was the perfect host. Kids loved the pool and we had a hard time getting them out of it. :) Beds and pillows were super comfy and theater room was a great addition. Would definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation

The home was perfect for our family vacation. It was exactly what we were looking for. Laura was the best she even went so far as looking after us when there was a back up on the roads by giving us an alternate route. We enjoyed our entire stay and couldn't be happier, except that it's over for this year. Thanks again.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! It’s super convenient and close to the Disney parks, close to Wal-Mart and restaurant options, close to Starbucks, it’s walking distance from the community pool, waterslides, arcade and on-site food, and the neighborhood playground is just out the front door. It is SUPER clean, the home is well thought out for guests, and the movie room is absolutely perfect for enjoying sports and movies! The beds are comfy, showers clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The hosts communicate well and are wonderful with providing necessary information, and don’t overload you with information. Everyone in our family thought the place was superb! Definitely book the place!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Great location and good for big families

Overall, this was a good location for our extended family trip to Disney World. I did have a few maintenance problems that I would have wished would have been checked on between stays rather than having to communicate with the owner while coordinating my entire family and children. But everything worked out well and it couldn't have been a better location for driving into the Disney parks.

Family Christmas vacation

Great house, neighborhood and location. The security was excellent as well. The host had great communication and helped me with a last minute request. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for adults and children. Very helpful and convenient to use their pack and play and stroller since we were traveling. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

Absolutely amazing property!

We had an AMAZING time staying here! The host was wonderful and very prompt with responses. The house is beautiful and great for a large family. The extra pool towels provided was also very helpful. Short drive to Disney, Discovery Cove and The Crayola Experience. 10/10 would stay here or any properties owned by this host again! Thank you for a wonderful place for our multi-family vacation!

Excellent stay for our Disney vacation! Easy commute with everything needed close by. Great location for kids & many kid items included with booking! Laura is great with providing details to help with smooth check-in & check-out. I highly recommend this location!

Perfect Orlando Vacation

The perfect location to everything Orlando and the perfect vacation spot. Had a TV question on Easter and had immediate response from the owner. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place for family to get together during grandkids spring break. The community has a beautiful pool, kids splash pad area and water slides. Minutes from Disney and any kind of restaurant you might want. Definitely on our families list of homes to stay in again. Thanks to owner for a wonderful experience!

Pictures are a bit deceiving

Laura was a great/friendly host! The house is very spacious and accommodating. However, it needs attention in many areas. Pictures show it very impressively, but in person, we were underwhelmed. It needs updates, and is very overpriced. The screens surrounding the lanai are torn, so the dogs were able to escape. That was a major inconvenience. Some of the towels were dirty upon our arrival. The stair railing was coming off the wall, rendering it useless. Tiles in the master bathroom are broken and wobbly. Blinds are broken in many places. The dryer doesn’t function properly. The couch has broken springs or something and sits uncomfortably. We couldn’t get the remote to work for the theater room so we didn’t get to use it. We were surprised by some extra fees that were a bit hidden/unclear in the listing. Also, the checkout instructions in the binder ask you to do several loads of towels. With the dryer not working properly, we spent way too much of our vacation time trying to do laundry. Only to find out that the binder information is wrong but the email communication regarding check out procedures wasn’t sent to us. We did additional loads of laundry unnecessarily. Laura did offer to send a handyman, but that is a major inconvenience when you have dogs staying there. A partial refund for the numerous inconveniences would have been more appropriate. Overall, the host was wonderful and that makes a huge difference!

Good Location, Nice Community

Overall, it was a good experience. The only (2) issues we had were with the tv's and the heat. The second floor heat did not work at all. The AC worked and the heat & AC worked on the first floor thermostat. We had to heat the entire home using the first floor thermostat. Thank goodness heat rises. Also, could not get the garage home theater system to play anything at all and the remotes for the living room and upstairs primary were not working. I messaged Laura who dismissed my issues by stating the thermostats and tv's showed that they are working on their end and they have not had any other complaints about this. We spent an hour switching out remote batteries to get a couple of the tv's to operate. If you look back at previous reviews, you will see that at least one other person has had an issue with the home theater. My issues were minor. But to dismiss my issues by stating that nobody else has complained and things are showing to be working on their end are why I gave 3 stars for communication. Replace your battery remotes so your tv's work. If your home theater is that difficult to use, then why have one? And also, your second floor heat still does not work. Lastly, the neighbor to the right has a broken pool pump that grinds and rattles all day and night. Nothing that can be controlled by this VRBO host, but worth noting.

Location is truly everything

Laura is an incredible proactive communicator and she is all about hospitality. The home was perfect for us! Plenty of room for everyone, so quiet at night when time to sleep after a long fun day. And now let’s talk location. Short easy drive to the parks, Disney Springs and literally everything else anyone would need. We had just an incredible time, thank you!
