Check in had a hitch. We arrived at the security gate at around 10:00pm. The security gate did not have all of the names listed that were staying at the house. We had 2 cars so our car got through as they did have my name, but not the other drivers name. I reached out to our host and they added the other names and sent us a gate code for the other driver. It took multiple messages and a phone calls on my behalf to get this resolved. The host told me they do not have a way to contact the front gate and front gate doesn’t have a way to contact the host. This is not good, leaving it on the guest to fix their problem.

3rd time in this beautiful house!

We’ve stayed in this wonderful house 3 times and have loved our stay every time. The pool is just wonderful, and is always in the sun morning to evening. The house has everything a family with young children could ever need, and we hope to stay again as soon as possible!

Nice; No Hot Tub as Listed - Upcharges

Overall, place was good - and clean. Easy layout and enjoyed our time. Beware - property list “hot tub” then says it’s a “spa” in the notes - and they charge extra to make the hot tub hot because of semantics.I called VRBO and they said “buyer beware” - so I’m passing that along to others looking to rent because this property plays games with the guests and upcharge because they can.

Health & Safety concerns!

I do not recommend ever staying in this home. Despite the rental group's pest control efforts, there were cockroaches present daily, making the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. Additionally, after paying for pool heating, it did not function properly, and the spa jets were faulty. The lack of entertainment options only added to the disappointment. Worse yet, the host agency refused to offer any compensation for these significant health and safety concerns. Avoid this property for your peace of mind.

Horrendous

Roach infested,dirty sheet,dirty couch, dirty dining chairs. Pool out side was dirty mold rust and trash ,Cheetos, told management about issue they did nothing. I mean they called pest control and expected us to stay. Pest control came roaches stated poring out even more told management they said call Vrbo. My family drove 17 hr we demand they fix the issue move us into a new property. They didn’t me my wife my kids was kick out into the street had to drive home to New Jersey at 8pm at night. We didn’t want to spend another night there. Also they had a inspector come and see the problem he saw and said he’s not the owner but will do the best he can which was nothing. Also he made a racial comment about white people and he didn’t know my wife was white. Disgusting all the way around. My whole family kids was so disappointed and lost for words. We was treated so poorly and bad. We spent our hard working money to enjoy a great time. Also we spend 500 in grocery’s and found out we had roaches had to throw all of it out. Management did not off to do anything they just said call Vrbo. Nothing was done to fix the problem or accommodate our situation our family. They expected us to stay in the house with roaches at the end of the day. Me and my wife went back and forth with Vrbo and management for two days and no solution or anything for me and my families with this horrible condition withy his property. They wasn’t even try to refund us until I said I’m calling to police.

Amazing property, highly recommend for families

Villa was exactly as described. Clean, well equipped and kids loved the bonus of the Xbox. Would highly recommend this property, we have stayed on champions gate for a number of years and this property is definitely one of the best we have stayed in.

Very clean and comfortable home

The home was clean and comfortable and the pool was nice and warm. The neighborhood was quiet with a nice clubhouse. Everyone slept well in the comfy beds and we loved the themed kids rooms! I will say though that the listing mentions Disney World being 15 minutes away, but it never once took us less than 30-40 mins, there was no construction or accidents, just lots of traffic and congestion in the area.
