Very poor communication. House is very rough.The evening prior to check-in I messaged asking for check-in details as I had not heard anything. I received a message the next morning that we will receive the check-in details shortly. We arrived at the community about 8 hours later and still had not received any details. The security at the community gates let us in based on our booking and we arrived at the house. We had to message again asking for the check-in details and how to get into the house. After a brief wait (about 10 minutes), we were sent the door code. Once inside the lack of detail continued. No instructions at all. No wifi information - had to message and request. No details about where to put garbage (only knew from previously staying in the same community but different house).Not to be heard from again - Nothing.The house is spacious with lots of bedrooms but very beat up. Basically all corners are bashed. The cloth furniture is very dirty. Carpet is worn out and has weird area rugs over the carpet. Most of the area rugs are curling at the edges and are tripping hazards. The master bathroom shower has mold and the floor tiles are cracked and loose. Thermostat is behind a locked box. The patio doors don't lock properly. Pool was not heated as requested in original booking.With so many houses to choose from - We would NEVER choose this house or this Host - Florida Beautiful Homes again!
