The house was quite nice. There were a few things that needed repair however the responses from IHM were extremely quick. They responded to emails lightning fast and sent repair people promptly. A couple of wear and tear issues probably normal for a rental property. Overall quite satisfied.

This place was huge! Plenty of room for everyone. There was hair left on the shower wall in one bathroom and used false eyelashes on the living room floor. The master bed and the bedroom downstairs sink in when you sleep may need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great time! Loved the water park in the subdivision and the pool was great at the house!

Viajamos por un torneo con un grupo de amigos

Para empezar nos costó mucho encontrar la entrada porque a pesar que hay varias no tuvimos un código para entrar así que teníamos que entrar por la entrada principal y eso lo hizo un poco difícil pero la casa muy bonita notamos el día siguiente que una de la puerta que va hacia la piscina no se podía enllavar y encontré una cucaracha en la cocina donde guardan las tazas pero el resto muy bien excelente la comunicación con las personas me llevaron gas cuando lo solicité nos ofrencieron hacer un check out más tarde lo que nos pareció genial los colchones riquísimo para poder dormir el resto muy bien. Muchas gracias

OMG LOVE!!!!!

Loved the home, it was great for all of us. The beds where nice and firm but not rock hard. Lots of room. We got the heated pool and it was fabulous. Honestly felt like we where in a mansion. Wish we could have stayed longer. We come from Canada so the rules are a bit different. They start you off with a few toilet papers and dish soap. But you have to get everything, and felt like we wasted a lot cause we couldn't bring back home. Luckily, next door was new comers so we pasted on the salt and pepper and condiments and everything else we left behind. My only negative would be a bigger frying , it was a little hard to cook for 5 never mind 16. We did enjoy the BBQ. I would defiantly return.

Beautiful Large Home!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Four Corners, Florida. The home was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were spotless, featuring a mix of showers and tubs.One bedroom and bathroom are conveniently located on the main level, while the remaining five are upstairs. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the home comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with just enough supplies to prepare meals, and all the appliances—including the oven, stove, fridge, and dishwasher—were in excellent working order. We especially enjoyed using the blender to make fancy drinks!The pool was wonderful, and since we opted for heating, we later requested it be turned down as it got quite warm. The hot tub also worked well—just a tip: the dial to activate the bubbles is on the outside wall behind the barbecue, and the lights are on a timer inside on the living room wall.The dining table was large, though there were only six chairs, so we brought in a few from outside to accommodate everyone. The TVs took a little time to figure out, but once we did, they worked perfectly.Communication with the property managers was excellent. Our grandchildren had an absolute blast in the pool, and so did our adult children! The location was perfect for visiting both Disney World and Universal Studios, making it an ideal home base for our trip. Would definitely recommend this spot.

The home itself and area is nice. My issues are a few days after I left I received an email indicating I was charged $180 for stains on couch etc, then another email saying disregard it was a miscommunication and I would be charged $100 for other things. I questioned that and was sent pictures of dirty linen. I then advised that I had reported dirty bedding, ants, some locks not working etc. There was other little things I could have made an issue out but didn’t because the guest went and bought their own bedding and the other guest switched bedding from unused bunks. I sent them pictures that we had and they requested the time stamp which I re-sent with time stamp and location. In return, I was told that because I didn’t report earlier I would be charged $50 instead of $100. First, when I reported I explained the guest did not arrive as early as I did. Who would think to check other guests beds and pillows for candy, dirt, stains…. And the ants were not visible immediately. I reported the bedding issues hours later and was not told to send pics. Luckily we had pics to cover ourselves. They want to hold me accountable for not reporting within a few hours but are not taking accountability for renting out a property with dirty linen, dirty utensils, toys in the pool, etc. I did not complain as most things would be sanitized and washed. The property was left in pristine condition. I washed towels except day of ones. I am very frustrated and was fraudulently & unlawfully charged

Great stay!

It was a beautiful home to stay in! The club house area was very nice with a pool, bar, and splash pad are for the kids. Everything was great and plenty of parking available. The only issue I had was trying to get anything from the property manager like a broom or sponge to wash the dishes. I was told they would bring it but never received either after requesting the items for two days.Overall, it’s a great stay and I wouldn’t mind returning.Highly recommended!

Nice home

The property was great and the amenities were as well. The property manager was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only issue we had was there wasn’t a broom but there was a dustpan. But that doesn’t take away from my 5 star review.

Relaxing Family vacation

My family and I enjoyed a 2 week stay at this property. Close proximity to supermarkets and the retreat clubs. Management was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We ended up using the grill which was great for hanging by the pool. Not too crowded and the space was like the pictures. Very minor concerns were very quickly addressed by the Management team. We didnt want to leave. As with most of my rentals any food, cleaning supplies and pool toys I left behind to the discretion of cleaning crew and management. My hope is that its left for future families to enjoy. Thanks to all the staff that answered emails quickly it was an awesome experience. Will definitely be back!

Spacious Rental

It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, and meticulously clean. Loved having access to the resort, as it occupied the kids for hours while the adults were able to soak up some leisure time. Location was great w/ a grocery store and Starbucks nearby. Host should include that check-in is gate specific and list the street name that has a gate attendee. Lots of entrances and became a little confusing but I don't believe that lessened our stay or experience. Host was communicative and responded quickly any time we had a question. We will be saving this listing for future stays!

Great for a weekend stay for a good sized family

We had family visiting from Mexico for the week and decided to do something special so we booked this house for a weekend at the beginning of their trip. Was a little disappointed with some of the property only four tables to the dining room table, so eating was kind of odd for us where we saw of three chairs, broken in one of the storage rooms the quality of the furniture it’s tearing up was a little disappointing with the price being what it was the quality of the furniture was not up to par can attach photos if necessary one of the beds was broke. We took pictures of that when we first got there the barstools were ripped we took pictures of that when we got there they were blinds that were broken and just stuck up there appearing as if they were together outside of that. Everything else was pretty decent.

Had a great time. House was clean at check in. Pool was clean. Check out list was small and not filled with wild tasks. Only think was you had to pay a “grill fee” which is fine but they show the grill as part of the listing and it is wasn’t the best condition. I wasn’t expecting a brand new Webber but if you are goin to charge for grill use maybe buy new grill grates. But other then that was a 10/10

The house was very clean. We did find a roach near the door on one of the days, but with all the trash outside I wouldn’t say it would be uncommon. I would spray the area to keep them away. I wish there was a game room in the garage. That would have it perfect. The couch is not the most comfortable, as it gives no real support to lean back.overall it was a good stay.

Overall good stay

We stayed at this property with 3 family’s and there was soooo much room! We enjoyed our time at the house, but my only complaint would be there was not enough cookware in the kitchen very minimal. Would definitely return, plus the beds were super comfortable!!
