Home is very nice, clean and spacious. However the check-in process for gate passes was time consuming and a waste. Emailed gate passes never worked the entire time. 10 passes are offered for the property, however if you have a large number of cars and people, parking is limited and the pool size will not accommodate. Don't let the pictures fool you, the pool is not very big. Could not get the upstairs TV's to work, messaged and was told the issue would be reported the next morning to property mgt. The next day also reported the refrigerator ice machine not working and if we turned on the jets for the hot tub, it drained 3/4 of the hot tub into the pool, no response at all regarding these issues. No worries future guests, we fixed the ice machine. On the day of arrival with our check in instructions a detailed list of minimal towels/rags were listed, not enough for 9 ppl however we did find a closet with extras. Had I known prior that towel and rags were limited, I would have packed some from home. If you have pets, the outside grass near the home could use some work. On the 3rd day, just by chance found a dog park, just down the street in the gated community, would have been a nice point to include with guest info. P.S if you don't think you will need pool/hot tub heat in July you will be wrong. We didn't add it because the hot tub issue was not addressed and rendered it useless on our stay. All in all, nice, clean, spacious home but do not expect issues to be resolved during your stay.
