The property photos were accurate, and overall the space was nice. The pool was enjoyable, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.However, the check-in process was frustrating. I paid for early check-in, but when we arrived, the access code did not work. We were left waiting outside for about 20 minutes. The phone number provided in the email was also incorrect, and it was difficult to locate the correct contact number for assistance.Additionally, we encountered an issue in one of the rooms with what appeared to be sugar ants. Initially, we only noticed one or two and didn’t think much of it. However, on our last night, the situation worsened significantly—they were on the walls and even inside items on the bathroom counter, including the toothpaste.

The entire house was clean and the smell was refreshing and welcoming. The pool was clean. The response from the host was straightforward and timely. The home is in a quiet community with easy access to the clubhouse and lazy river. Close in proximity to shopping and our favorite restaurants. The beds were comfortable, but most of all they were clean! There were plenty of TV’s to accommodate everyone’s streaming habits.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home away from home. It had everything we needed and were looking for in a vacation home. House was clean and close to the Disney parks which we loved! Communication with the owner as well as property management was easy, friendly and welcoming. Nice house

Overall the house was really nice and pretty spacious. We were all comfortable and the area was very nice. This was our first visit to Florida we enjoyed the city and didn’t get to go to the waterpark. Which we were bummed about but next time as we say. The kitchen provides everything you would need but definitely get trash bags and if you’re cooking more dishwasher soap and laundry detergent because a house this big means more guest will stay and that means more trash. The dryer door would not close because it was stuffed with lint so I had to clean it out as best as I could to get my load in there to dry. I didn’t expect to have to do something like that. Unfortunately the house had tiny sugar ants throughout the entire house. We couldn’t really enjoy the dining table or leave anything out. Like sugar for our coffee that kind of stuff. We didn’t want them getting in there while we slept. Maintenance came right away but whatever was done didn’t help they were there the entire stay. For the money we paid I expected an immaculate house with zero issues. The neighbors were blasting their music you could hear it in the primary and the stars war bedroom until 130am. The pool area is really pretty but you can see your neighbors swimming all around you while you’re entering to enjoy the pool. If you don’t mind that then this won’t be an issue.

Great for group, and a couple of suggestions

The house was beautiful and spacious for our family. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. A couple of recommendations:1. Provide a binder with WiFi and check-out guidelines and local stores (Publix!) or other amenities available with Champions Gate or garbage/recyclable pickup details or TV instructions 2. There are no glass cooking containers for the microwave and no strainer or cooking mitts. We liked the game room, theater room, pool and hot tub a lot and would definitely recommend this place for a family getaway or alternative to a resort hotel.

Kissimmee house

Dear Vrbo Team,We recently stayed at one of your properties, and I wanted to share some feedback. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and all 16 of us had a great time. The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and we especially loved the pool — it was a highlight for everyone.There were just a few things that could have made the experience even better. We found ourselves needing more towels, especially kitchen towels and sponges. There were no potholders to take things out of the oven. Having some beach towels available would also have been really helpful. Additionally, we didn’t have a way to clean the grill, which made it a bit challenging to use more than once. Unfortunately we were charged 29.95 because it was not cleaned which seems a bit unfair.That said, these were relatively small inconveniences in what was otherwise a fantastic trip. Thank you for helping make our group getaway such a memorable one!Best regards,Carol Harlow

Beautiful home

Great place to stay, plenty of room for my family of 6 to be together yet have our own space when needed. We spent majority of time in both the pool and hot tub and ate our meals together at the outside table. Definitely recommend!!

Great Stay!

The property and location was great! We were able to enjoy the resort amenities, have ample space for the families that stayed, and get to the parks on the days we visited the parks! We hope to make it back to the same location again in the future. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. The only miss in the property was that it wasn’t 100 % clean when we walked in from the previous guests.

Family getaway

Could not have asked for a more comfortable house! We stayed as a family of 4 (2 children) and grandparents, and we all felt we had our own space and could really unwind. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and bunkbeds. The private pool was a great amenity, and the water slides at the community complex were a hit with the kids. The location was perfect, as we did not intend to make this a "Disney trip," yet had close enough access for spending one day at the park. The management company was accessible and responsive. We extended our stay for a late checkout and they made this very easy to arrange. Our only complaint had to do with the gate at the entrance of the community. The system was often faulty, not detecting the QR code to enter, and there was often a pileup of cars as a result. This was a bit stressful, as we feared not being able to get in each time. Management may want to look into making this process more efficient. Otherwise, great stay! Our children are already asking to go back.

Multigenerational stay

We stayed here for 4 nights before our cruise. Great for multigenerational stay. 5 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on main level. The pool was awesome, kids woke up and swam in while parents drank morning coffee and chatted. We used the clubhouse amenities and found them to be good! Overall loved our stay!

Beautiful property

The house itself is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. We had 8 adults, 3 couples and our 2 single sons. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, which was amazing! Game room saw a lot of competition and laughs on all the games. Pool and hot rub were great! Had a minor issue with water temp, they responded quick to take care of that issue. The house is fairly well stocked, my only complaint was that we didn’t have any dish cloths and only 1 dish towel. So, that had to be washed every night. They do have scrub brushes, I just prefer a dish cloth for certain items and for wiping down counters and tables. Otherwise, it was perfect. (Besides traffic, but that can’t be helped ) We would definitely stay again.
