It is a great place to bring your family. My only recommendation would be to have pot holders and a couple dish towels and a sponge.

The size of the house fit 5 Adults and six kids perfectly. The neighborhood and access to the Resort were great. The only issue was a few scraps and scuffs we reported so they knew we didn't do them. Also a broken arcades game, one of the adult bedroom doors didn't lock and a socket and bathroom fan wasn't working. Once they take care of those minor issues. They'll have no problem with getting five stars everytime. We really did enjoy it.

Great Spot. Only disappointment I had was the game room was not working. We wanted that for the kids. Extremely hot in garage even with fan blowing. Also, if I’m staying a week would love to have more than 3 small trash bags. Oh and entering property after 9:30 is a pure nightmare. Be prepared. Long line.

My family and I visited, and our stay exceeded all my expectations! It felt like a home away from home, but even more relaxing. The host was very attentive to all my requests, and everything we needed was provided. We will definitely return again next year.

Had to stay home and wait for 3 repair men to come separately to fix dishwasher. Not enough plates, or kitchen essentials. Comforter in master room smelled bad. Mop is gross !! The houses are beautiful but the noise , parties and fights were scary. Place needs attention

Beautiful house, everything listed and in pictures is just what you really are going to get. The communication with everything is fantastic. We used the pool only one day, it was cold and raining and we weren’t there more than one day.Worth renting

This house was beautiful and in a gated community, very private area and very quiet. There is a water slide, goofy golf and bar on property that was the perfect finish to a long day at the parks. House was clean, huge with plenty of space to spread out and lots of bathrooms! Any questions or needs were answered almost immediately! We will definitely choose this location for our next visit. 10 stars!

This place was immaculate and very beautiful We were more than pleased with this rental!!! Had everything we needed and place was more beautiful than in pictures!!! We will definitely be going back!!! If you are looking for a booking this is it right here!

The house and pool were lovely. Kitchen could use more supplies for cooking items. Some bugs in the bathroom upstairs and some trash left in the bedroom from prior guests. Overall, the stay was nice and the owners/managers were very responsive. I would stay again.

For 2 nights no WiFi or anything. Informed the management team and they had someone come out but wasn’t able to reconnect. However, they said someone would come out again but did not until the morning we were leaving. We had to try and use our Hotspot on our phones which wasn’t that great. This was unacceptable. Game room only working was PlayStation and then once WiFi went out kids couldn’t use. Also we found unknown pills on the floor in bedroom downstairs..

The check in process was easy house was clean neighborhood nice however too many things wrong that I know didn’t just happen and the owner had to know nothing in the game room worked the entire stay no balls for foosball table the pac man machine is holding up a spot the whole brain piece of the game was literally sitting on the floor the WiFi didn’t work the entire stay we reach out got access was able to connect to WiFi but no internet connection call the owner back after texting on the app I was never called back. The house has roaches they were seen in the rooms and bathrooms up and down stairs the hot tub had no heat pool was more heated then the hot tub I know you have to pay extra to heat the pool but never knew you had to pay for the hot tub to be heated I sent the owner a message about the issues after check out and I was told I should have called them with the list of problems so they could have sent maintenance to fix things who has time to do that on their 48 hour vacation I will not rent this property again it’s way too many options with owner that care just a little bit more to pay the kind of money they charge for them to not make sure everything worked and the guest are comfortable is very unprofessional and I’m sure it was rented out again without any of the above issue corrected.

Very nice spacious house with comfortable beds to sleep on. Very good communication with the owner and the house is located near the resort's waterpark within walking distance. Few issues communicated to the owner that needs attention but overall the house is clean, location is great and easy to check in and out of the house and the communication is excellent. Would consider staying again in the same property in the future.
