Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, the cleanliness of the house needed improvement. For instance, the linen was unclean, and the couch was very dirty. The family had a great time and would like to come back.

Family getaway

First, although we received multiple emails with the house address, we were not informed that the security gate—where we had to check in for the access pass—was located on the opposite side of the property. This caused some confusion upon arrival.The house itself is beautiful and well-kept, but we did encounter a few issues during our stay. Out of the eight poolside chairs, four were broken, which was very disappointing for our group as we could not sit outside and utilize the patio set. There was also a broken chair at the breakfast bar. We had also paid for use of the grill, assuming propane and supplies would be provided. However, the propane tank was empty, and we had to make an unexpected trip to Publix to purchase a new one.Additionally, during the first two nights, the neighboring property had extremely loud music playing—so much so that we couldn’t comfortably sit outside or enjoy quiet time even indoors. We reached out to the property manager and were told they do not oversee that home and to contact security. We did so, but the music continued for at least an hour after the call.While we appreciated the overall look and feel of the home, these issues detracted from the experience and we hope they can be addressed for future guests.

Property Manager sends soothing emails but takes very little to no responsibility

Be aware: The house and state of it are not as what it seems on the photos and VRBO listing.Be extra aware for the company that manages this house:In our case we were offered a late check out. We changed our plans accordingly. We accepted and paid the extra money. Then on the night before our departure at 10:30pm we received a message that they wanted to cancel the late check out because of a last minute inspection. We had to be out at 10am the next morning. This was very inconvenient as we had bought some groceries for the next morning and we had no transportation arranged until later that day (since we had the late check out). We had no clue how to deal with this. I told management that we can’t be out at 10am. Then the company decided to sent the police to get us out. Police arrived at 10:15am and at that time we already were almost completely out of the house and were about to take two Ubers to the airport. All our plans had to be changed very last minute which in the end cost us quite a bit of money. The management company (IHM vacations) had no empathy (apart from some emails that contained “We understand…”) but instead decided to escalate with getting police involved and with that ruining the last day of our vacation and causing a lot of stress and extra expenses.We never had any problems with the management company in the past.This review will most likely be followed by a dodging response from the company. But please all be warned for this company!

House was great. Kitchen isn’t stocked with enough cooking things to feed all the people that the house can accommodate though, so be aware that you will need to bring or purchase things.

Overall great time

Biggest issue was checking in at the main gate. Would be extremely helpful to be given the address for the main gate. They left us a very generous amount of towels! The stay was very comfortable. Plenty of room. I would stay there again but would make sure to bring more trash bags and coffee filters.

House was fine

House was ok, slightly dated but clean. Needs some updates such as pots and pans, utensils and bedding. Family enjoyed the pool. Location was good. Neighbors were extremely loud into the night (a.m.) three of the nights. We called security as instructed bur it took over an hour and a half for them to respond. This is something management has to address. Owner is responsive which helped.

The property was fantastic and we loved the home. The property management team was helpful and assessed all issues/conerns immediately. I wish their were more towels and better equipped kitchen but overall we had an amazing time from the big "kids" right down to the dog!

Clean and spacious

Clean and spacious property. We enjoyed being able to stretch out and relax after visiting local attractions. The gate is a little finicky and we were told by another guest it is intended to press call guard and then scan your gate pass. This worked well for us as well. Also, maybe we didn't read the listing correctly but the hot tub is not heated unless you purchase the heat in addition to your rental fees. We were a little disappointed by this as we were under the impression that the heat option was available to heat the pool not that the hot tub was unheated unless purchased. Overall our days were full of Disney and Universal adventures and we just slept here, but it suited us and our 2 teens well.

It was a great house but the gate passes where horrible.

The only thing that needs work is the gate passes, the codes do not work at all no matter what. And the staff at the door when you call do nothing about the fact that you’re stuck outside.

Great family getaway

The place was clean, and great decor, had a little hiccup with the check-in cide but was corrected right away. I think the gate entry needs work but overall we had a great stay and when we did have an issue management took care of it quickly. We will return!!

To be waiting for an hour trying to get into the gate was a horrible experience. The property need better access and more communication with guards. Upon arrival to the property, we had to call for house keeping to re clean. Someone had a big dog on the couch.

Beautiful house pics don’t do it justice

We have stayed in a lot of resorts In the area this was a really nice house with a larger pool at the house. The clubhouse was a 6min drive but looks like there’s a closer one opening soon. We had the pool heated and we’re very happy there was a grill on site. They do have some beach towels in the house which was nice. Loved the in-house game room. The basketball court is around the corner (open 5am-closes @10pm). Volleyball court is inside the clubhouse (open 9am-9pm).

Great place

This a very large property, lots of space, clean, no odors, 30/45 min from most attractions, heated pool, utensils are available, pets allowed, dog park was available as well, Only negative will be backyards too close to neighbors (5 ft In between and maybe 7 to back ) If you get loud neighbor then you can pretty much see,hear,smell everything going on, so I would say lack of privacy would be the negative side,

Nice house

The house was nice, but honestly not appointed well. Living room couch area only big enough for four people. so if you have eight people or more in your party they end up sitting on dining chairs. Need at least another couch. Kitchen ware, dishes, glasses -- small amount. Towels forget it, just not enough. Everything was minimal. Worst part of sty was trying to get through the gate with the pases they give you. Like pulling teeth with players.
