Beautiful home with spacious layout for multiple families. Grocery store and take out restaurant were in close proximity making shopping for our stay super convenient. The clubhouse access was a bonus adventure which provided a day of relaxation for all ages. Very pleased with our stay, location and overall correspondence with the host. We will be back next year!

Had to purchase a few basic amenities since several things at the property were either broken or worn out ended up buying new ping pong paddles, balls, and even a pool stick.I also paid 70 for the pool and hot tub heating, but due to the weather being around 60, it never actually warmed up enough to use. I was initially told it was out of their control and they couldn’t refund it. After following up again, they did refund 50 but still kept 20.The grill was pretty old and rusted out, and I was told it would be an extra 40 if I needed propane replaced. The pots and pans are all scratched-up Teflon, so if you prefer not cooking on worn non-stick/PFA surfaces, I’d recommend bringing your own.That said, overall it’s a nice property and we did get a decent deal for the stay. Just go in with realistic expectations, you definitely get what you pay for.

A few issues

The house is beautiful but there was an issue in with the bed in one room. And the main bedroom definitely has bed bugs. Me and my lady was ate up the last night there woke up that morning bits all over us. That needs to be taken care of immediately

The property was really good and nice, the kitchen did lack alot of things, it appears the clean everything right out, salt and pepper and pans and utensils are all to a minimum, dish cloths and drying cloths, etc,

Having a heated pool made staying in February great! We loved the onsite amenities, like the park and lazy river! The home was spacious for our large family.

Spacious Nice House

Our stay was wonderful. It was a nice house with a lot of room. It would have been nice to have other things in the kitchen that was needed. For example, can opener, pot holders, measuring cups for cooking. Security needs to be enforced more than what it was. There were lots of visitors that did not have passes for their cars.

Expectations Exceeded

The pictures do not do this home justice! It is immaculate inside and out! The home was modern, clean, and spacious. There was so much to do at the home, and at Champions Gate, until we never left the resort. The shuttle service is convenient. The clubhouse was friendly and offered a lot of options as well. Maintenence and the property management team are responsive to all issues. When we return to the area, we will definitely seek out this home and management group again!

Need new gate code system Regular cable in all rooms

The house and location was great but getting in place at gate was terrible. Need a new way of getting in property. Also need to provide regular cable service in all of the rooms so people can watch live tv. Provide a knife set in kitchen and coffee maker.

Horrible stay HOT AND MESSED UP PLUMBING

The breaker tripped 5 times during our stay we were without air and lights in bottom portion of the house each time for hours as they said it had to COOL DOWN😡also the master bathroom toilet was not flushing from the start when we got there and they said someone was coming but even after we checked out no one had come. Left property manager a very long message yesterday morning and still today no response.

House great neighbors loud

The house was as pictured, big & clean. It could have been stocked better. We only had one oven mitt. We had to use a washcloth for the other hand. There were barely enough silverware for everyone and no serving spoons. I paid for the pool to be heated. The listing stated $60 per week but they told me that that is only for 5 days (a week is 7 days, right??) so I had to pay $120. Upon arriving the pool was cold. When I entered an urgent message on the message board I got no call back after waiting for 2 hours so I called myself. They said that they forgot to turn on the heat. They came promptly after the call and turned it on. We lost the first 2 days of pool use but they did reimburse me $60. We noticed a little water damage on downstairs king room ceiling and 2 out of 5 of our toilets did not flush very well. I again left a message on the message board and never heard back. The houses in the neighborhood are seriously close together. Like maybe 8 feet between houses on the side and back. Absolutely no privacy when you are in the pool area. We also found the neighborhood to be very noisy as many of the neighbors blasted their music all night. It was so loud at times that we could not hold a conversation outside and it kept some of us up at night. We also had some issues with parking as there is no driveway or assigned spaces for the homes. We on occasion had to park over a block away which was not convenient for my 90yr old parents. On a whole the house worked for us. We had thanksgiving dinner there and struggled to make it work but we managed. Although the house itself was very nice I would not stay in this house or even this neighborhood ever again.

Excellent!!!

My family really enjoyed this house. The pictures of the house are exactly how it's picture.Only thing i would suggest about the house is to have ceiling fans install on back porch and a television would be a bonus 😀

Great Family Vacation Hideout!!

My family vacation was scheduled for 06/13 -06/20. I honestly can say that I was unsure what to expect going in and I was sincerely hoping that the pictures online were a true representation of the property. I received all check-in information the day before I was due to check-in to the resort property. From the gate to the front door of the rental it was an easy process. As we entered the property I was truly impressed with what I was seeing. The reactions from the kids were priceless! Even with the rain and unpredictable weather all week the rental property offered everything a family could want and need. The kids really enjoyed the private pool and hot tub located in the back of the property and also got the chance to experience the resort pool, slide and other activities. There was something for everyone and plenty of space to allow for different things or relaxation. The game room was a great addition to the rental. I can honestly say when I did run into a small issue with the heating of the pool, I contacted IHM and they were very professional and resolved my issue quickly. The kids didn't want to leave and I can't wait to plan our next family trip in this property or one similar owned by IHM. Our overall experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this property to stay in.
