First, the good: the neighborhood and community were nice. The house A/C worked great. The spa/pool temperature was good. The game room was nice (although we did not use it). The couches, sofas and chairs in both downstairs living rooms are brand new, clean and comfortable. The huge TV in the main living room is really nice. Also, when notified of the major issues we encountered (see below) the management company promptly responds and takes action to address them. There were numerous more minor things that, with us being on vacation, we simply did not have time to raise awareness during our 4-night stay. The not-so good:•Bug infestation. Dozens of cockroaches in the kitchen, and tiny ants in a couple of the bathroom sinks. The management company was notified of this and to their credit within a few hours they had people at the house to spray for the cockroaches and ants.•Plumbing. The controls for one of the showers failed and we were unable to shut off the water. Again the management company had someone out within a few hours to replace the cartridge in the shower control valve and then it worked properly. This was in the bathroom connected to the bedroom with the bunk beds.•The mattresses in the bunk beds were old. Like decades old and you feel every spring.•The TV speaker in the TV of the bunk bed room malfunctions (cuts in and out, and crackles)•there are 12 more bullet points but this text box does not allow that many sentences
