At KASA Concept, we are a family who loves welcoming other families like ours. Our purpose is simple: to create a space where every single member feels included, important, and like they truly belong. There is space for everyone here, and our mission is to create happiness, meaningful moments, and experiences that stay with you forever.

KASA was designed and built by our own hands and hearts. As a family of four, each of us plays a role in bringing this vision to life.
The mother, an architect and designer, carefully crafted every space with creativity and intention. The father, a project manager, brought it all together from concept to execution. Because we are parents too, we deeply understand what families need when traveling, especially with little ones.

Through art and design, KASA blends different architectural styles with some of Florida’s most iconic inspirations, along with magical touches inspired by Disney for the kids. Every corner of the home tells a story, with its own unique theme and design language. This makes your stay not just something you enjoy, but something you truly feel.

One of our most special features is the piano! hand-painted by us. It’s not just ours, it’s for all our guests to enjoy. Whether it’s playing music together, creating a moment, or inspiring someone to learn something new, this is one of those unique touches that makes KASA truly different. Very few vacation homes offer something like this, and we’re proud to share it.

Located in Kissimmee, just about 20 minutes from Disney, you’ll be close to all the magic while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable setting. Within minutes, you’ll find restaurants, shopping, supermarkets like Publix, pharmacies, and everything you need for your stay.

The resort-style community also offers amazing amenities including a clubhouse, lazy river, water slides for kids, tennis courts, and volleyball, adding even more fun to your experience.
