Und wieder könnten wir sechs Sterne ****** vergeben für eine tolle, helle und moderne Ferienwohnung mit einem super Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Am Abend sitzt man mit einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, toll. Die Vermieter sind wie Familie und haben uns " gepampert " und uns ein rundum Wohlfühlpaket geboten. Das Meer ist nicht sehr tief, geht max. bis zum Oberkörper und der Strand ist schön. Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal dort und sind 2026 wieder da. Vielen Dank an Miriam, Konstantin und Michael.

Nice house but needs some minor repairs and a little TLC. House had lots of space and decent amount of kitchen supplies. Although we did not have a problem, as we had substantially less guests than the limit, for the number of people the house can accommodate, it would seem that they would have more glasses and towels, etc so that everyone would have at least one, and maybe more cleaning supplies, trash bags and toilet paper as well, since the washer, dishwasher, etc need to be run at least once everyday; however, since we drove, we brought our own from home. We had good responsiveness from property management company. Disliked the parking situation in the neighborhood. It was a little frustrating when out walking that cars were allowed to completely block the sidewalks by parking right over them. Seems the security that is driving around regularly could address that situation as there is ample street parking available. Disliked the grill fee we didn’t know about until after we purchased food that needed to be grilled and there was no propane for the grill. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely book here again.

This was the perfect, spacious property for our family gathering!Pros: Lots of seating area for dining room as well as living room areas. Every bedroom had televisions. Generous amount of bedrooms and sleeping spaces.Clean and beautifully decorated. Secure gated community. Playground within walking distance. We had some issues with the hot tub and pool heating properly, but the issue was addressed quickly! Good communication and smooth check in/check out process.*WATER RESORT ACCESS WAS SO AWESOME!Cons: Lack of area information/guides. Lack of beach towels and pool entertainment, ie: floaties. Lack of some basic kitchen supplies. Icemaker didn’t work. This is a great location if you are wanting to access the Disney world and various attractions of that nature.

The Property was very nice. Finding the Location for the Property was confusing because there were so many different Entries. It would have helped if we were told the Property Pass Address was different from the location we would be staying at First. We thought we would get the Pass at the Entrance of the Resident. Due to so much Traffic we got to The Property after Nightfall. The Property Address was Terrible trying to see it above the Garage at night. It’s Very Poor Lighting trying to Read the address. Sadly we Mistakingly Pulled into the Wrong driveway had to put on our Bright trying to Read it. We pulled into the Wrong Address Twice. A Brighter White color for the Address is needed. The Beds were a bit too Soft and we could have Used Bedspreads or Comforters. The Top Cover It felt like a blanket. Some of the Rooms didn’t the quoted amount of Wash Cloths but we brought our own as suggested. The lighting for the Pool at Night was Bad. It would have been very nice to have lights in the Pool for nighttime. We enjoyed Our Stay and will do it again. Julia

We booked this property for our annual Mother’s Day Getaway and we loved it! It was big enough to comfortably fit a guess list of 15 people. The pool was a nice size for us to enjoy. Besides minor wear and tear, the house is beautiful. My only suggestion would be to get more pots and pans. We love to cook in, so we were hoping to see enough kitchen wear to do so. We would definitely book again!

The Check In Process Was Ok , We Had Trouble Getting In & Out Of The Gate Barcode Wouldn’t Scan ,The House Was As Listed , When We Walked In The House It Smelled Like Urine . The House Needs A Good Cleaning, The Bathroom Upstairs Had A Big Hair Ball Sitting In The Bathroom On The Tub , The Shower Upstairs Was Very Nasty It Had Mold In It , The Bedroom With The Three beds in it The Middle Bed Was Broken, The Pool Was Dirty Looked Like It Wasn’t Clean , The Dryer Wasn’t Drying Our Clothes Overall The Stay Was A 2 Outta 10

Hello it was a horrible the pool haven’t been clean and the kids were getting rashes everywhere on their body and the first night the air conditioning for the upstairs wasn’t working and then on the second night both air conditioning wasn’t working at all and we had to leave the property to go to a hotel because we had babies and little kids and they were crying because they were sweating. Now the owner doesn’t want to refund and they didn’t want to move us to another property. Don’t rent from this place it’s the worst place and we had the worst experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This house wasn’t what I expected at all, it wasn’t clean at all, found dead and alive roaches and died frogs,, the house needs major repairs, however the hospitality management was wonderful, when I called about the lock code not work they answered the phone and was able to help me at 11:15 pm. When I called about broken furniture and the bugs, air conditioner and many more things, they responded right away, and came to do the best they could, I will be booking with this host again, I just won’t stay at the property.

There were a few problems with the house. First the dryer didn’t dry our clothes we had to run it 2-3 times before it would dry and then it left lent all over our clothes. Two we ran out of propane and had to go and exchange the propane ourselves we were told the wait would be anywhere for an hour to two before they would bring us an exchange.The bbq grill was so worn out it wouldn’t even cook our food we had to end up using the oven. We went ahead and exchanged it now have to wait to be reimbursed after check out. Three we paid $60 for the heated pool and hot tub it was not heated at all. Waste of money don’t pay the extra.

Everything was as listed. Management was easily available and accommodating. House spacious and prefect for the 20 persons in our party. Would recommend and stay there again.
