There is also a second living room, with additional comfortable sofas, great for relaxing. This home has a full size washer and dryer along with free Wifi for you to use at your convenience.

     Boasting a total of 6 bedrooms, this home is perfect for families and groups looking to come and experience all that Orlando has to offer. There are master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms featuring king beds, one room with a queen bed and three rooms with 2 twin beds in each.

      The rooms with 2 twins are truly something special. You can choose between the Mickey themed room with Disney decor, the Star Wars themed room that will have you feeling like youre flying in a Starship and the Frozen themed bedroom with Elsa nearby. Any room you choose to call home will be perfect for your stay. 

 

     Entertainment In Every Corner

 

     This home is packed with entertainment too! First, head out to the large back patio which has a private west facing pool and spa, all for you to use. From games, to laying in the sun, it is truly a luxury to have your own pool. There is also seating for poolside dining. Next, head over to the air conditioned game room which is themed with Marvel comic characters and enjoy some competitive foosball, billiards and air hockey.

     There is also a 55 Smart TV with a Fire TV Stick and Xbox 360. If that is not enough, head on over to the clubhouse which has so much more. A pool, huge slides, movie theatre and sport courts are just the beginning. Book your stay today!

     There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

DO NOT BLOCK THE SIDEWALK OR PARK ON THE STREET OR YOU WILL BE FINED

3RD CAR NEEDS TO BE PARKED PARALLEL TO THE DRIVEWAY AS TO NOT BLOCK THE SIDEWALK

     As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wrist bands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting.  The number of wristbands per unit is as follows:

2 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 6 wrist bands

3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wrist bands

4 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 10 wrist bands

5 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 12 wrist bands

6 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 14 wrist bands

No wristbands will be provided in excess of these amounts.

     All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.

     Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.
