Loved our stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property, we traveled with young adults and children and everyone was comfortable. The property itself was clean and well taken care of. The host was amazing and responsive. We are so happy we chose to stay here during our vacation.

Extremely clean

The property is well taken care of. We were so pleased at how clean and welcoming the townhouse was. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need and any questions we had were promptly answered. The pool was definitely an added benefit for us. Getting in the gated community was long at times. We contributed the longer wait to the fact that it was spingbreak time.

FABULOUS TOWNHOUSE!

This was our third time staying at this clean and well-maintained townhouse and we had a wonderful time, as usual. The layout is really great, especially the open-concept kitchen/living room/dining area, which is so spacious. The kitchen appliances are top-notch and for us all the utensils we needed were provided. A highlight for us is the private pool which is so convenient to cool off during the hot weather - there is also a water park a couple of streets away. The host Rossil is FANTASTIC - she responds really quickly and really helps to create a memorable experience! With free parking and no resort fee, why stay in a hotel room when you can access this fabulous townhouse for the same price (or less)?!?!

Nice place to stay but a few things need to be added

Clean, close to shopping and Disney. Wish there had been more than one set of towels per person since the dryer took so long to dry towels. Hard to be gone all day to Disney and have to dry towels that took over an hour and a half, very hard with everyone exhausted . Only one bedroom had a ceiling fan that worked . Two bedrooms had none and one went so slow no air would move. Only one beach towel for pool so if you used bath towels to dry after swimming you had nothing to use after bath. One bedroom had no remote for fan and took owner until next day to respond as far as if there was one. Very loud neighbors at 3am but can’t do much about that. Mattresses very uncomfortable and pillows lumpy.

The BEST townhouse!

This was our second stay at this townhouse and it was amazing again! We love the spacious layout, the kitchen area and our private wading pool. The property is very clean, well maintained and has everything you need for your stay. The host, Rossil is very responsive and she is so accommodating, to make our stay comfortable. This is our go-to when visiting Orlando - no more hotels for us!

This property is just as listed, my husband, myself and my 2 children really enjoyed this property. It's spacious, clean, comfortable beds and the owner is very accommodating. And best of all, no long list of chores to do at check-out!

Great place for the family!

Overall our stay was fantastic. The small private pool ended up being the perfect fit for our family. So convenient to have. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were perfect, as were the bathrooms. Preparing to check out was a breeze. No checklist of 20 things to do. Just put the trash out and go! That was refreshing compared to my other Vrbo stays. Communication with the Host went very well. Answered my questions promptly. A little noise from neighbors on our last night. It kept sounding like someone was knocking on my bedroom door off and on till 1:30 am and you could here them talking. But that is what it is. It would have been nice to have info about the neighborhood waterpark right there in the unit. It was very confusing because you could see it from the guard house and we went to it, but that one was still "under construction" and not the one referred to in the description...we just assumed that was it. (It opens the week after we were there). And then we couldn't locate the waterpark that we were able to use. Yes, there is a free shuttle, but we wanted to drive our vehicle. Had to ask the guard house attendant. So driving directions, waterpark hours, would be nice to have in unit. Would stay again.

Perfect

This condo was perfect for our stay in Orlando for a dance competition. There was plenty of room/beds. The condo was super clean and decorated so cute. The pool area was perfect for the girls to swim and the trip to our convention center at the Omni was very quick. Communication with the manager was very good as well. This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Orlando.

Beautiful Home-Easy Access

We needed a place close to the Omni Hotel for a convention and this was perfect. It was also the easiest check in and easiest communication with the owner we’ve had! If this is one of the places you are considering I would highly recommend it.
