Villa de lujo con piscina privada en Paradise Woods

Nuestra villa inmaculada de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene una piscina privada climatizada, amplia sala de estar y aire acondicionado completo. El área de la piscina extendida con orientación sur está completamente cerrada para garantizar la privacidad y es el lugar perfecto para relajarse al final de un día en los parques. Nuestra villa está idealmente ubicada en una prestigiosa comunidad cerrada a solo 10/15 minutos de Disney. Estamos a 5 minutos del excelente complejo Champions Gate y hay una buena selección de tiendas, restaurantes y locales de comida en los alrededores. La autopista 192 con una amplia gama de restaurantes y tiendas está a solo 5 minutos en coche. La villa también incluye acceso WIFI gratuito, TV por cable (3 televisores), llamadas telefónicas gratuitas y una sala de juegos. Hemos recibido muchos comentarios positivos con respecto a la limpieza de la villa, que es atendida por nuestro Agente de Gestión local.

Upon arrival, the grass had not been cut, house looked abandoned. The inside was clean, except baseboards and around the toilets. Furniture and appliances are old except for the microwave. Cupboards have old phones, etc, and there is no room for our food. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Twin bed in the master and front bedroom. It is evident they are in the process of cleaning it up, but needs a lot of work.

We were informed the day before travel that the pool screen was damaged in recent storms - not repaired till last day,pool not cleaned at all during trip, very dirty. Villa location in between two major roads and a train line - very noisy daytime and throughout the night. Too noisy to sit outside.Due to trees next to property, only limited sun in garden too.Villa ok, but unresourced for a group of people staying so probably needs reviewing by owners.If you only want a somewhere to sleep while you visit parks ok but not somewhere to spend time relaxing.

For our family of 4 this house was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. The host was fantastic and answered any questions we had very promptly. What more could you ask for? We hope to return again next year.

When we arrived it was super easy to get in due to the fact that they send all the information needed before you even start your trip. As we entered the house it was super clean and well stocked to accommodate everything you would need for not only adults but small children as well. They even have a safety gate and alarms on the doors so you know if a child has exited the door to the pool. The pool was super clean as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find as well. I would definitely recommend this home to all my friends and family.

The home was nice. It's roomy, clean and private in a quiet neighbourhood. We have had some contact with the owner Faisal before and during our stay to address some minor issues. He was always very responsive and friendly. We would definetely book this house again when visiting the area in the future.

Communications with host were excellent. Home was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Layout of house makes everything roomy. Plenty of drawers/closets and cabinets to unpack and feel like home. Child guard around pool needs some repair. I would like to stay again and bring my grandchildren after that is done. Great place to stay for families…great location…. about 20-30 min to Gator land, Sea World, Universal, or Disney.

Great villa, with a perfect location. It felt like home. Kitchen had everything you need. There was bath and shower towels and pool towels, so didn't need to bring our own. Dishwasher tablets were supplied as was washing up liquid. Every bed was sooo comfortable. So much info was in the books for the local area and parks which was so helpful. We loved this villa and would love to come back. The hoeats were amazing, helpful and so friendly. We will be back! Thank you

We have stayed in villas on previous trips and Paradise Woods was on a par with the high standard of others we have stayed at. What made this booking different was the speed of communication with the host Paul. On the odd occasion i had a query the response was back normally within 24 hours if longer always an apology for the delay. As i say the villa was of a high standard and close to the main roads leading to Disney and the rest of the attractions. This was our granddaughters ( 8 & 10) first visit to Florida and they loved the place but most of all the pool. I would recommend this villa for your holiday.

We were very pleased with the rental house. It was very clean inside and out. I think our favorite part was the private pool! It is VERY private. You can’t even see the neighbors, and they can’t see you while you’re in the pool. I do think there could be a few upgrades made. Like the coffee maker. The coffee filter basket doesn’t stay in, so we got creative and taped it. Maybe swap it out for a Keurig. There wasn’t enough storage containers or salad/cereal bowls, and maybe add a couple mixing bowls and a platter or 2 for putting hors devours on. Other than that, the place was great and I’m considering booking for next year. Oh, and anytime I had questions, Paul was always so quick to respond and very kind and easy to work with!! Thank you for a great place to stay!! 😊

Nice place however a visit from the pool company for a quick pool vacuum and or the property manager would have been appreciated to check in with us. It’s understood there are quite a few bugs around however a vacuum could have been done midweek to alleviate such issues. Thanks
