Unlike a hotel or resort, our pool and backyard will be exclusive for your family and friends. This big backyard offers tanning lounge beds, and a dining table that will provide the perfect setting to unwind and relax after a long day at the parks.

This property is located in a quiet suburb of Orlando.

We encourage all guests to pay closer attention before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate, which are not ideal for enjoying Orlando’s best attractions.

We are only 10 minutes from all that Downtown Orlando has to offer including: Kia Center Arena, Dr. Phillips Center of Performing Arts, Tinker Field (home to EDC), Thornton Park, and Lake Eola.

The house is equipped with the latest TVs in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, Ethernet connection in all rooms. All TVs have cable and direct Ethernet connection for faster streaming.

The property is divided into 4 private units. Refer to pictures’ description as well for a better idea.

Unit1 has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, state-of-the-art kitchen, living room, dining room, lounge area, washer & dryer.
Experience the master bedroom (#1) with a luxurious king bed, 75” TV, private modern bathroom with TWO rain showers and double sink (bathroom #1), big walk-in-closet, and a desk.
Bedrooms #2 & #3 have a queen bed, 55” TV, closet, and a desk. These rooms will share a huge modern bathroom in the hallway with a tub (bathroom #2).

Relax in our spacious and cozy living room. Enjoy a movie night with our 75” TV by the fireplace.
New kitchen! Make delicious meals in this state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with everything you need! Gas stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, cups, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker! Enjoy great meal with your family.
We also offer washer and dryer complementary.

Unit 2 is located on the second floor. Has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, desk in each room, washer & dryer.
Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed with a 70' smart TV. Private full bathroom (bathroom #3). This room has a walk-in-closets and a desk.
Bedroom #5 has a king size bed with a 70' smart TV. Private full bathroom (bathroom #4). This room also has 2 closets and a desk.
Family room has a new comfortable couch to enjoy movie nights with a huge 70' smart TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals.

Unit 3 is located on the right side of the house with a private entrance. This unit is a studio dwelling with 1 King bed (bedroom #6), 1 full bathroom (bathroom #5), living area, desk, and dining table.
This luxurious studio has everything you need! All new furniture, KING bed and appliances. Brand-new kitchenette with an electric 2 burner cooktop, sink, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Dining table and a new elegant bathroom. Relax and enjoy a movie with huge 70’ TV with direct Ethernet connection for faster streaming.

Unit 4 is also located on the right side of the house with a private entrance. This unit is a studio dwelling with 1 queen bed (bedroom #7) 1 full bathroom (bathroom #6), full kitchen, desk and washer & dryer.
Brand-new full kitchen with cooktop, sink, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Dining table for two. New elegant bathroom with rain shower, walking closet, 50’ TV with direct Ethernet connection for faster streaming.

Backyard: FREE HEATED POOL! pool is heated at a comfortable 89 degrees during the months of October through April.

This large, fully fenced, backyard is a true sanctuary with lush landscaping, a gorgeous pool and oversized patio with plenty of space to relax, whine down and enjoy the Florida sun. Relax by the tanning beds or sit in the outdoor dining table and enjoy a morning coffee.
Kids and adults will have a blast swimming in our pool with lots of privacy. Our home is the ultimate getaway home; you and your family will have an amazing experience. Unlike a Hotel/Resort, our pool area will be exclusive for your family. This pool has a half bath that connects to unit 1 through the laundry room.

Please note that this home is equipped with beautiful exclusive wall art and decor. I kindly ask all my guest to please keep this in mind, particularly with small kids :)

NOTE: Pool is heated at NO cost during October through April. We can heat the pool during other months for an additional charge of $35 per day (most be for the entire stay).

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Homeowner is highly allergic.
Service dogs must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must be with guest at all times, and not be left behind for any reason. Please let us know you dog's breed before booking. Please do not sneak in your service animal.

Need early check-in/out?
We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can.
You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.

Price is $40 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm.

I am always available for you. I don't reside in the property, but I am short phone call away shall you need anything :)

Please note that we have weekly pool and yard maintenance that cannot be skipped.

Alcohol shown in the pictures are not included in the listing. You can purchase your own alcohol.

Absolutely no parties will be tolerated. Parties will be shut down by local police and reservation will be canceled without refund. No smoking of ANY kind.

NO PETS!
All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.

- Because this is a vacation community, not a hotel, and is also my home when my family comes to Orlando, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
- We provide linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and basic toiletries. Additional supply must be purchased by guests.
- To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer white hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach lines/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
- PLEASE No smoking of any kind. This include vaping and marijuana.
- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 10pm-8am
- No unregistered guests
- Package delivery are not allowed
- Park in your designated area. Maximum of 6 cars are allowed.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables
