An average property.

Fairly mediocre for what would be typically expected.Issues that were worth noting, for us anyway, were:No First Aid kit.No telephone.Insufficient number of cutlery pieces, even for us, just 2 people.Several blinds not functioning correctly. Lights in the front bedroom were not working (they had been unplugged behind the bed).No instructions for operating the Bluetooth speaker, eventually came across them mixed in with the kitchen appliances instructions.Light in laundry flickers.No access to garage, so no games facilities.No lanai so no shade to sit outside only in the sun.

Perfect location for a Disney vacation, if you like staying off property! A grocery store is close for shopping and restaurants for food. The house was clean and as stated in the description.

My family vacation

Beautiful place. Dryer had to be ran 3 times for clothes to be completely dry. They're is a dryer vent alarm. Even when we cleaned out the lint trap, it still didn't dry. Dish washer didn't drain on the initial cycle. Had to run it again for the 2nd time for water to drain. Other than that, we lived it here. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The pictures posted were very nice but truly does not do the property justice. Spacious, every amenities of home and the decor was fabulous. Very quiet neighborhood, property well kept and location was very good as well. Will recommend all my family and friends.

Family holiday

We arrived everything was clean and tidy we found everything g with no issue - although amused at the lack of a kettle as Brits its a kitchen essential but we found the pan and the lid and it was all ok ! Tumble dryer broke all this was a pain due to the trip being short the property management responded and fixed with in a few days so can’t complain these things happen location was quiet which was what we wanted but 25mi s from Disney and 40 min from universal both easy drives but as nothing is on the doorstep in Orlando this is a short drive so it was nice location.Over all clean tidy well equipped we were happy with our stay x

would stay again!

We chose the magic house for our vacation this summer and had a wonderful time! the listing is accurate, nothing extravagant but a wonderful simple house! pros- the pool was clean and not cold (didn’t pay for the pool heat), plenty of dining seating, plenty of sleeping space, parking for 2 cars, clean home, wifi, quiet neighborhood with no issues. cons- the trash runs on mondays so if you check in on a weekend you may have a few bags of trash on monday but by the next weekend it’s overflowing as it doesn’t run again until monday and you only have one can for trash and one for recycle unfortunately we had to leave a few bags (bagged up) inside by the trash cans because the outside trash cans were full. you DEFINITELY don’t want to leave any trash out as there are A LOT of raccoons in the neighborhood at night. which leads me to the second con, the raccoons. We were awoken one off the nights during our stay to a raccoon fight on the lanai, so brutal they ended up in the pool. They ripped a couple small holes in the lanai screen to get in. Unsure why as the only thing out there were sea shells on the table that we collected from anna maria island (maybe they were seashell thieves idk lol) we were trapped inside until they decided to leave the next day. I did email about this and received a generic message so i’m not sure if the property owners were actually notified or not. Overall it was a great home and great vacation away from the mountains and we would stay here again!
