Fabulous Home

We loved our stay. Very spacious. We all lovee the game room. We swam in the pool daily. The resort waterpark was great for my youngest. We would love to stay again in future.

Adults matter too!

The property is very kid focused. They need to have at least 1 "Adult" room with comfy bed and have more comfortable furniture for adults who are coming to relax.

Amazing House!

This house was thoroughly enjoyed by our family of 15! Plenty of room and plenty of things to do right at home with a private pool and spa and especially the game room, which was a huge hit. The themed rooms were nice and beautifully decorated. The house was within walking distance to the resort amenities and a short drive to surrounding shopping areas. Communication with the rental company was great and house was very clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Within short drive to all of the Disney parks, restaurants, & shopping. On site pool and splash park is very nice. House was clean, linens provided, trash service daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Fantastic Location !

This home was in a great location- near enough for our family to go to Universal easily. The resort at the property was awesome- open from early morning until dusk- our family spent a lot of time there as well as in the private pool at the house. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 12. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and the adults. All positives for the house- If I had to say one thing that could be improved I would say the furniture- definitiely not the most comfortable if you just want to cuddle up and relax- but all in all I would for sure rent this house again in the future

Other than that everything was great location was close to the community center so we were able to walk.

Perfect!

This home was perfect for our large family! The pool was a hit with everyone. The game room was hit with my young adult and teenage children. The location is quiet and convenient. Because of the game room and additional living area never at anytime did we feel like needed space from one another. We spent one day at Magic Kingdom and the remaining time was at the house. This was our first family vacation and we were not disappointed. We would love to return to this home in the future. One small issue with the washer not draining mid cycle but maintenance was great and came within an hour.

Family Fun Vacation with Children

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had an amazing time at this rental. We had 8 adults,5 children with us from the range of 2-8 and they loved the theme rooms. The star of the show of course was the Starwars pod beds. The pods had light control as well as AC control. Game Room was another winner as well, the kids loved the foosball table and the air hockey table. Oddly enough the jacuzzi was another hit with the toddlers because they loved the "bubbles" from the jetted tub. Most cooking essentials were available. Coffee pot, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, and cups... You do have to buy cleaning products like dish washing soap, kitchen counter clear like clorox wipes or spray, laundry cleaning essentials, extra toilet paper and paper towels. Also seasonings to cook like salt and pepper etc. Overall we had a great stay. There were tvs in each room which had netflix. I would recommend the property to any one. The vacation community amenities were great as well. Kids loves the mini water park with the lazy river. The parents used the gym and played basketball on the courts available. Again great stay over all.

Great family gathering house

The “game” room was a big hit! The house was big enough for all 14 of us to have ample room. It was clean and in good condition. There was ample parking. Mat was quick to respond to our needs, even the ones as simple as a chirping smoke alarm on July 4th. The water park was enjoyed by all of us.

Perfect for older teenagers

The house was PERFECT for my 5 teenagers (17/18yr olds). The themed rooms were done really well and not super kiddie/over the top. The Frozen/primary room being downstairs was wonderful! I didn't hear much noise from the boys upstairs!!! Very convenient to everything. Only suggestion - include basic cleaning supplies for those accidental messes.

Disney trip from Alabama

Property was good . The host would not return any email or phone calls. We had no air conditioning the first night . We called the maintenance guy who was very rude . He gave us a temporary fix and said a company would come out the next day by 5pm. The drain pan was overflowing and coming thru the ceiling on the first floor. I told him this is an emergency can you come now . He said “I called you back “ that’s the best I can do.I would not recommend this property for those reasons. If you have a problem, your on your own.

Worth the money

Good location. Size was great accommodated our big group perfectly. Had a small issue with dryer in the laundry room but they sent maintenance out the following day. Would stay again.

BOOK THIS PROPERTY YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!

This place was fantastic. Exactly as indicated on the listing. Clean and beautiful. Each room of this house was done beautifully and I would recommend it to anyone going to the area. We had 14 people in this house, but it never seemed like alot. We were all able to eat together and spend much needed quality family time together. Game room and hot tub were the hits of the vacation for both kids and adults. We contacted maintenance for a few things and were able to get the answers needed over the phone with no issues. Very quick and friendly response! Best VRBO experience EVER!!

Disney vacation

We rent houses about 3 times a year for the past 20 years. This one was definitely our favorite. Game room was amazing and the boys didn’t want to even go to Disney. All the bedrooms were themed which was amazing. We loved the loft area because the kids could hang out there in the mornings while the adults hung out in the downstairs living room. House was super clean. We had 2 minor issues- broken microwave and tv remote not working and they responded and fixed immediately. The free pool heat was great because most houses charge over 300 for a week and it doesn’t work right. This houses heat worked great just make sure to turn the spa on at least 20-30 minutes before you go in. This house has lots of towels which the other ones never do. Plenty of cooking and kitchen utensils as well. The checkout expectations were simple and trash was picked up daily which is also unusual. The housing development is brand new and has a free arcade, lazy river, kiddie water park and super comfortable lounge sleepers. The exercise room was great and the food at the bar was also very good and quick. The distance from Disney was between 15-28 minutes depending on time of day and traffic but when it was over 20 minutes, it was because of Disney world traffic in the parks. Also, there’s a school nearby so make sure to miss that traffic. Walmart and target are approximately 2 miles away. There’s only one bath tub on first floor so if you have little ones, make sure their family is in the bottom floor. We all just let the little kids bathe downstairs. The Star Wars room was everyone’s favorite but there were a few lights on the bed that we couldn’t get to go off so we just covered them with towels and it was fine. The bed in there is amazing even the little girls wanted to be in there. It’s like a play fort. The king beds seemed bigger than normal kings because all three of our teen girls slept in one comfortably instead of one sleeping in the top bunk. . The house was perfect for three families.
