The host was very good and quick with responses to my question. This place was perfect for a retired couple escaping the winter weather in Ohio. Some of the furnishings could be updated. They obviously have been in the unit for a long time. But overall it was a perfect get away for us. We’ll be visiting again!!

Very clean and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lots of room, very clean & had everything we needed. Not far from the theme parks and a Walmart. My favorite was the amenities / grounds. They were upkept SO nicely. The pool restrooms stayed SO clean.

Wonderful!

Everything was wonderful!! We were so happy with this condo that we plan on telling friends and family! We will be back! Thanks so much for making our trip so great. The only thing that could have made it better was better pillows as the ones provided were very flat but that's being a bit picky on our part!

Great Location to all the parks

Great location. Godd amenities. Clean unit. I only had one issue: the bed needs updating or repairs; it made lots of noise everything we moved and the mattresses were not comfortable. Everything else was fanatastic. The location was perfect and we had to problems during our stay.

Great location and value for Disney family trip

The property was a great size and value for visiting Disneyworld. Everything was as described. There were plenty of towels for our stay and extra blankets and a washer/dryer if needed. As listed and mentioned by others, buy some hand soap and dish soap.

Let down

First of all, I’ve never heard of a “home away from home” type of property. We were in a bit of shock when we arrived at the property to find basic items were not provided. For example hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. Don’t get me wrong I never expect luxuries like shampoo and body wash, which is actually quite normal these days. Honestly was not expecting to have to buy my own toilet paper. The money I saved on this place just ended up being spent at the grocery store. There are no curtains on any window which made nap time a nightmare for children. Another strange item for those with children is that all the fan and light switches are at their level. Not sure why they are 20 inches from the floor, very irritating. The fire alarms kept going off anytime we cooked anything. The blender that I asked about specifically was completely non functional. The iron and ironing board were not to be found. Internet went out and wasn’t fixed for over a day. Normally not a big deal but my in-laws were relying on this for communication as theY were visiting from out of country. FYI: there is an elevator since it’s on the 4th floor. And no guests can visit you without being registered with the agent online so be aware of that.

Quick drive to Disney

The location was super close to Disney (beware of the traffic on the way to and from the theme parks). The condo was nice being in the top floor. No mouse from other units at all and the beds were very comfortable. The condo itself was just ok. There are no nice touches to make your stay comfortable such as curtains on the windows, or bath mats, and they don’t supply any paper towels, trash bags or dish soap at all so you have to bring the basics. The pool was nice and the kids liked the water slides.

Clean & conveniently located to the pool!

Super easy to rent property. I had to call twice for separate questions. Each person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. One had to get back to me. She was very responsive and timely. The condo was clean and had extras such as an iron, towels & chairs. I was there for my daughter’s softball tournament so the chairs came in handy!

Great for a Family Trip

The condo is just a short stay from Disney and a few minutes from shopping and grocery. The condo was well equipped with dishes, glasses, and towels. It did have beach towels. It would be nice if some other small essentials were included- salt and pepper, cooking oil, soaps, etc. No reason for every guest to purchase these.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived the day after Christmas and left New Year's Day. I loved the fact that the complex is a gated community with guards at the gate. Check-in was really easy! Loved the short drive to Disney! The condo was perfect size for 6 adults.

Summer Getaway

This apartment was perfect foe what we needed! It’s on the top floor and close to the pool area. It was clean and we had no major issues while we were there. I do wish that it had been stocked with more than a “starter kit” for dishwasher tabs, trash bags, hand soap, etc. I would have rather paid $10 more a night to include these things. It was a minor inconvenience though. This unit did have beach towels, which the listing didn’t say so that was a bonus! Overall we were very happy with the space.

Not 100 percent satisfied

The check-In process was very good. Upon arrival, the place was fine, but it needs more care so that the tenants can feel more at home. There were many flies inside. The air unit was very dusty and the ducts. We had to buy an air filter, as we are allergic to dust. They should have it cleaned and the ducts cleaned. They should also give the toilet seat an update. In general the stay was good. It is only recommendations for future tenants to be 100 percent satisfied.
