Some Serious Disappointments
Exterior of property is very neglected. The landscaping is cut weekly but no detail work is done. There are weeds growing through the pool area. The patio furniture was filthy and visions completely stained. The string lights didn’t work. Only 1/4 of the string lights worked. The mini split a/c system in the game room did not work, I called property manager the day I arrived and was told it would be repaired. It was never repaired nor did anybody even show up to look at it. The rear door alarm started going off in middle of the night. It scared all of us because we didn’t know what was happening. The door contavt fell off door and I had to attach it with a bandaid. The interior furniture in living room was very old and very worn out. The cushions were no longer holding shape and were badly stained. There is a nice outdoor grill area with an outdoor refrigerator. The refrigerator did not work. During the stay mid week , mid day two men entered the home and was met by my 15 year old son. They said they were pest control and said they can perform service or reschedule. This was a bit bizarre and alarming. Upon arriving there was no iron but I contacted the owner and she had a new iron sent over and delivered the next day. Other than that the stay went well. If you can live with these few complaints it is a great place to stay for the money.
