Horrible VRBO. And I don’t say that lightly. First of all, when we arrived we got thru the outside gate with no issues. When we tried to enter our unit, this is where all the problems started!! The door code given did not work. Property owner was not responding to our messages. We stood outside the door for over an hour on the phone with VRBO customer service when the property owner finally replied back with a code that worked. We enter the property and immediately noticed that the bedroom that is supposed to have 2 queen beds were actually 2 full size. Big difference. No usable access to that closet and there was a dried up gummy worm on the top of the TV!! Master bedroom had a king bed but no dresser. Only a closet with 8 hangers. The kitchen table was filthy and there was lipstick stain on some glasses. They left NO cleaning supplies. Told us to load the dishwasher and run it before we left, but there was no dishwasher detergent anywhere. Never received an apology from the property owner for exceptionally long time it took to get into the property. So there were some good things. The location in proximity to the Universal parks was great!! The proximity to the pool was great.
