Just a 15 minute drive away from Disney and close to all of Orlando’s main attractions, this modern home has spacious open-plan living areas featuring Smart TVs, a cute Minion-decorated bedroom that kids will love, and a backyard with a pool, sun loungers and a BBQ.

    And it doesn't stop there - Guests can also enjoy the Resort’s many amenities, including a pool complex, playgrounds and sport facilities!

    TOWNHOUSE
    4 Bedrooms | 3.5 Bathrooms

    FIRST FLOOR:
    • 1 bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed;
    • 2 bathrooms (1 conveniently located in the pool area);
    • Open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen for seamless relaxation and entertainment;

    • BBQ Grill for delightful outdoor dining.

    SECOND FLOOR:
    • 1 spacious suite with a comfortable king-size bed;
    • 1 cozy bedroom featuring 2 twin-size beds;
    • 1 inviting bedroom with a plush queen-size bed;
    • 1 well-appointed bathroom;
    • Convenient in-unit laundry facilities.

    HOUSEKEEPING
    • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

    POOL
    • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
    • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
    • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.

    Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside Tiki bar after running a mile on the treadmill in the fitness center. You can fill your days with fun at the resort.

    Amenity Access Fee – One-time fee per house per reservation*

    1-12 Guests: $35
    13+ Guests: $45

    Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

    Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

    This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

    • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
    • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
    • Laundry: One laundry detergent.
    • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

    PLEASE NOTE:
    The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

    • Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
    • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
    • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

    Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

    Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.

    POOL CLEANING
    Pool cleaning at Solterra Resort houses is conducted weekly on Monday or Saturday, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

    GATE ENTRANCE RULES
    • All guests must have their reservation information and an ID readily available for the guards at the gate.
    • All homes have a 5-vehicle limit. There are no exceptions to this rule.

    PARKING
    • Refer to your entry pass from the front gate regarding parking.
    • Overnight parking permits are required.
    • Street parking is only allowed in marked white spaces. There is no parking allowed on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
    • Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
    • Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street-legal and registered like other motor vehicles. They must be parked in the garage.
    • Guests should first park in available garage and driveway spaces before parking on the street.

    CLUBHOUSE
    • For guests who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their stay, the Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check-in.
    • The primary person will need to provide:

    • Their reservation information which shows:
    - The rental property address.
    - Check-in and check-out date.
    - Number of guests.
    - Identification that matches the reservation name.
    - License plate information for the primary vehicle.

    The guest will then pay the Amenity Access Fee. The fee will only be charged via Square with a credit or debit card. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After-hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes, and guests must visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Amenity
    Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

    • 5,600 Square Foot Clubhouse.
    • Community Programmed Activities;
    • Fitness Center open daily 5am - 10pm;
    • Poolside Lounge with outdoor fireplace.
    • Pool with beach entry (heated Dec-Apr) open daily 9am - 10 pm;
    • Pool Water Slide open daily 11 am - 8 pm;
    • Lazy River is open daily 11 am - 7 pm;
    • Cafe Sol Bar & Grill: Open to residents & their guests daily 11:30am - 6pm;
    • Poolside Cabanas;
    • Solterra Play Zone;
    • Solterra Club Trail;
    • Tennis Courts (Open from Dawn to Dusk).

    TRASH AND RECYCLE SCHEDULE
    • Valet Trash services are scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, 7 days a week.
    • Please, place your trash in the provided brown waste bin outside your home by 6 am every morning. Trash pickup will be completed by noon. Removal of trash placed out after collection will be collected the following day.
    • Always place tied trash bags in your trash container to help protect the community from stains, loose trash, and critters/wildlife.
    • No loose trash, all trash needs to be placed within a trash bag, up to 50 lbs per bag.
    • All boxes are to be broken down, bundled, and placed beside the waste bin.

    GATHERINGS AND NOISE NUISANCES
    • Community rules and County ordinance do not allow loud noises or large gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time. Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention will carry fines of $500 or more. The fines will be applied to your stay. Please keep music at a low volume.

    DELIVERIES
    • Fedex, UPS, and Amazon are allowed to deliver at the properties. USPS does not deliver mail to the community.
    • The community does not accept deliveries or packages for any of the units.
    • Mail Deliveries: Mail deliveries must be made directly to the unit and during your stay.
    • Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay.
    • We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Good Choice

Lovely place to stay at. Amenities are unmatched. Minor details that I'm use to when staying at a vacation home would have made this stay a 5 star.

Great stay!!

The rental was super clean! However, like most rentals that I've stayed at, there is wear and tear around. The laminate is puckering on some of the kitchen cabinets; worn paint in door trim, baseboards, and walls; bare minimum of kitchen supplies (no Kuerig). Checking in and out was super easy. The welcome email or check-in email should have the current month pool code. Had to ask for it, but comms were really quick.

Family vacation

Our experience was good. Solterra is a nice resort. Check in was great except we weren’t given the pool gate code but that problem was fixed quickly. The home could have been cleaned a little better. We found garbage under the twin beds when we checked in although we never mentioned that to the management company and it could have just been a one time issue. The home is nicely decorated and we liked the layout of the rooms. It was our first time staying in a townhome instead of a house and we found the townhome spacious enough for our family of six although the pool area is a little small but the clubhouse pool was only a short 4-5 minute walk. The home had plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Overall we had a good two week stay.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of issues that are worth mentioning. The first was on our first day at the property I moved the cushions on the sectional because my because my phone slipped between them. When they were moved I noticed a dirty sock, crumbs, a used spoon etc. Also one evening my mom preheated the oven to cook a frozen pizza. When the oven heated up it set the smoke detectors off. This was a stressful situation because we could not turn them off and my son has severe autism with a noise sensitivity. This incident deterred us from using the oven again. Also related to the stove was that there was a burner issue whereby we could not turn the burner off. We had to call the property manager who had a maintenance worker come and turn it off. On a more positive note we liked the Solterra community. and Davenport has everything you will require in terms of shopping and eating establishments. .
