We arrived at the line to get into the subdivision/property around 3:30pm and actually got to the guard shack for CHECK IN at 4:30. The guard said we were not on the list for this address and we needed to circle back around. Now the line is three times as long. After 2 more hours(yea no exaggeration here) we made it to the gate. Madness is around the entrance with road raging, people out of their cars and everyone upset and not being allowed in very quickly or even slow pace. Once we had messaged the owner many times we heard back eventually and they assured us we were on the list. So at 6:30pm we made it to the guard shack again. Now they tell us we need to go to the parking lot near the pool area and go inside to check in. Here’s another 30min. Made it to the condo finally! Nice enough place to stay but cleanliness was not up to our speed. Black hairs stuck to walls in showers and bedspreads had hairs also leftover. The pool jets barely blew as the filter probably just needed cleaned. Utensils and pots and pans also were kinda grungy as we cleaned everything we used first. We could overlook some of these issues but the check in process is absolute maddening.
