Needs lots repairs, home itself and much of the furniture and appliances are on their last leg. Even has old broken furniture stored in master bedroom closet space. walls and doors were dirty and there was hair all over the floors upon check in. Did not feel like it was properly prepared to receive guest. In addition we had issues with guest listing being communicated and tracked by security the first two days. On the positive side the host was very responsive and the layout and concept of the house was great.

Great place to stay

House was spacious and clean but need new pool table, the pool stick have no tip the game room was hot the theater room was great the grill is old and the outside pool is nice beside that every was wonderful will book around that area again.

Could Have Been Great... But It Was Not

We chose this house because the pictures and description of the property were appealing to our desire for a family gathering. Having vacationed in the Champion's Gate/Davenport area several times in the past, I knew the neighborhood was exactly what we needed. As expected there were upcharges after the booking for pool heating and grill use. However, upon arrival the grill was found in disrepair and the pool was not heated on the initial day. Maintenance had to be called to make repairs. Additionally, the interior of the property had not been maintained well. Specifically, the carpet could have used a refresh, the walls had been patched but the paint did not blend well in many areas, and there was quite a fair bit of hair found in all the linen. Also, there where issues with the exterior areas. The pool was litered with various debris and pavers around the pool are starting to be overun with moss and vegetation.But, the absolute WORSE concern was the roach infestation on the first floor of the house. Primarily in the kitchen and common areas. Management was called. And while they did send maintenance to address the pool and repair the grill, the refused to entertain any accommodations for any of the inconveniences on their part. Bottomline upfront, while the property offers size for a large family, it is mid in comparison to many of the others in the neighborhood and the management makes it not desirable. Definitely 2 out of 10, do not recommend.

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay! Everything was as described in the listing. We opted not to heat the pool and it was still warm enough to swim in. Well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities were fantastic! The clothes dryer wasn't working very well, but we reported that to property management.We would stay again!

Will book again and again!!!!

This house is great for all ages. You can literally just stay inside and be entertained all day. I recommend spending at least a one or two just relaxing in this house for the whole experience. My only regret was doing too many activities outside instead of enjoying this amazing place.

Great Home

I had a wonderful experience renting this home. The management was excellent, with exceptional communication and quick responses. The home was clean and looked just like the photos. The movie theater and game room were the go-to spots for the youngsters, while the adults enjoyed every inch of the property. Any minor issues we encountered were promptly communicated to the manager/host, and we look forward to renting again. This is definitely a great home.

Enjoyed our spring break vacay

Hello, the house we stayed in was just what we asked for. The house was very spacious, clean and had everything my family and I needed for our stay. I do have a suggestion, there needs to be more face and body towels to suit the number of guests you have. We had to go and buy towels and face cloths for our group. In addition, the dryer up stairs did not dry properly, but we found the one in the game room and it dried fine. It would've been good to know that before hand. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property and would stay there again.

Short stay

For a three night stay it was great. Was a bummer that the spa heater wasn’t working but the property manager let us know before hand it needed parts in order to be fixed and those parts were in order, they had just not come in yet. Not much more he could have done. Manager was great at communicating.

Family vacation

The house was very nice and clean. House looked like the pictures online. Communication with management company was good and they responded fairly quickly. Unfortunately there were a few issues for us, a day or two prior to arrival we were notified that the heat for the hot tub had to be worked on and wouldn't be fixed during our stay. That was disappointing for us. The cable in the living room did not work. Someone came out, but never returned with a working cable box. The two bathrooms downstairs could never get hot water for their showers. So with those things we were slightly disappointed. If those things didn't occur, we would've give 5 stars.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. Albert was easy to deal with, prompt with responses, and always pleasant. House had plenty of seating for everyone to sit together and visit. Young adults took full advantage of the game room and the pool table. Toddler loved the pool. Movie theater was a hit with everybody. Mom was just glad everyone was happy!

Great Stay in a Great House

House was just as described and the cleanest house I've rented on VRBO. Owner was great to work with. There was an issue with the pool heat but I was notified before my arrival of the issue and was updated daily on the repair. Will definitely recommend to anyone

Fantastic Big House

House was absolutely perfect for our large family group. Games room and movie room were amazing! Everything was as described. Great communication for the management company. The Champions Gate complex was lovely and no problems at all. Main communal pool very busy, but it was peak season! Good location, everything you need no too far away. Would recommend this house to anyone needing a big house near Disney.
