Great long term stay

I was in town for a month for work and this place was perfect for me. Enough room for visitors to come stay and visit the parks. Great overall!

Very nice apartment, but lots of traffic (noisy)

Two of us were there. We only slept, showered and made breakfast there. It was super clean. The beds were very good. The sofa was great, the side chairs were very uncomfortable. The kitchen was supper nice. The apartment was nicely decorated. Outside was not a place to enjoy. The two lane highway off ramp came down onto a three lane road that passed directly along side of the apartment. It was very noisy and disruptive to sleeping.

Perfect Gem in Downtown Orlando

I needed a place to stay a few days near my company's downtown office. After a previously cancelled reservation, I came across this gem and now can say, I am truly thankful. It is in a very safe neighborhood, great size rooms, comfy beds, kitchen was well stocked with every possibly needed appliance, nice big tv with great viewing options and washer/dryer combo for convenience. It was perfect! I will definitely reserve again. Management staff was top notch too! Very responsive and detailed making check in/out process a breeze.

Comfort and quiet in the city

A quick visit to downtown Orlando and the house offered us all the amenities of being home. Very clean and comfortable. Quick highway access. Road is a little noisier on weekday but did not bother us. Behind the house is a lovely lake with a walking path. Great little reprieve in the city.

First stay near Downtown Orlando

Beautiful Space to stay in Orlando! Lovely neighborhood…incredibly well done property…Everything you need! We felt like we got more than we paid for and more. The check-in was perfect and the owners were So Thoughtful with little extras waiting for us. We will definitely stay here again (hopefully it will be available)! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place with us!

Orlando Vacation

The place and location was fantastic. Everything was in walking distance. We also had everything we needed at the place we stayed at, we even had commentary wine. We will definately rent from the hastings in the future, great hosts.

3 Day Stay

Our family was looking for a practical and affordable place to stay in during our time in Orlando, and this home really exceeded our expectations! Check in was flawless, the home was clean and there were fans in each room for personal temperature preferences which we all greatly appreciated. The shower had perfectly hot water, although the water pressure was quite weak. The space was small but not uncomfortably so, and it really encouraged a sense of togetherness. The street traffic could get a little noisy and there was not much separation from the neighboring properties, so that is something to consider if you want a bit more privacy, but we were perfectly fine with it. Owner was good at communicating and responding to messages, and they were very thorough and concise with their check out instructions. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again!

BEST PLACE IN ORLANDO

When we arrived we were so thrilled to have such a clean and comfortable place to call home for a few days. The house was exactly as described in the advertisement, and easily accommodated the grandparents, my husband and I, and our two children (6 & 2). We couldn’t help but love the beds, and noticed there is even a pack-n-play available for those who need it. The king bed and queen bed were made, clean, comfortable, and have the cutest headboards. The kids slept on a fold out bed complete with sheets, pillows and blankets, and were super comfy. This was the best deal in town, especially when considering a hotel would have cost us 3 times as much for two rooms we would have required. Not to mention you get the added bonus of a full kitchen, more space, privacy, and a beautiful residential neighborhood. Our family enjoyed nightly walks around the lake to see the ducks and the cute homes in the area. This home is on a busier street, but we did not notice too much traffic noise at all. The house is accessed through a blocked residential street, so it feels very “tucked back,” despite being close to a busy road. We enjoyed the ability to cook for the whole family, and not constantly be eating out at restaurants, as well as being close to all the fun things in Orlando. The Devore in the home is updated and modern with a cool three-dimensional accent wall, and modern appliances and fixtures throughout. we had a wonderful time and will be back!!!

Clean, compact,

Our group of three found the place to be sparkling clean and quite adequate to our needs – with all the appliances and comforts you'd hope for. The location is near the highway and not close to retail or restaurants, but a short walk brings you to duck-filled lakes and a slightly longer walk gets you to Thornton Park's downtown, which is full of options. We had opted not to rent a car, the walk was easy for my son and me, a bit more of a challenge for my husband who uses a cane.

Super star hosts

The rental was everything we needed and more. Every detail was thought of. Extremely clean. Very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Great central location , but, made for quite a bit of road noise. Once I popped in to target for a room fan to drown it out it was perfect. Thanks so much, we will definitely stay here again!
