Expected more

What a beautiful home but you only get the bare essentials meaning no extra towels no extra blankets or linen in the linen closets are empty you have to use the bath towels for the pool or buy them like I did or bring your own. Stayed in many homes in Florida that at least had extra towels.

Almost perfect!

Loved the villa overall great furniture and clean and modern. As good as the photos! Only a couple of extra things in the kitchen would be really great like an oven tray and spatula. Would be helpful to have TV manual as the system upstairs was complicated. Also there were only 3 of us but the house fits 10 and there wasn’t really enough pool furniture. But these are small points because overall it was excellent and I’d def come back!

Such a great home, experience, location and cost!

The home was very clean and just my style. I loved the decorate and furniture. The size of the home was perfect for our family as everyone had a place to relax independently and together. Having two master bedrooms was great too. There was no fighting over the best room because they were all great and something for everyone. The location was perfect for our needs. We were in town for an event at Omni Resort and its literally around the corner...the corner, and the community the house is located in, is HUGE. The house is also a quick 2 minute drive to the community club house. Publix is very close by and open until 10 with very kind and accommodating staff. Entering the home was perfect with keyless entry so no one was concerned with keeping up with an unfamiliar key. Lastly the cost was perfect for our stay. We stayed from the 22-27th of the month. Our first night in Orlando we stayed at Omni so we would not loose money previously paid for two king rooms. The one night for two rooms at Omni was a third of the cost of the wonderful home. Omni did not have any rooms or suites available to accommodate our family 6 months prior to the event. The kids loved the pool and the air hockey table. There is only one remote for the Xbox upstairs, so bring your own (labeled) if you have multiple players. Bring your own towels & wash clothes as the kids will run through them quickly getting in & out of the pool. No wash clothes provided. Initial gate entry can be tricky, go to right gate.

Amazing!

Our trip was so great. The house is gorgeous! Very clean, very spacious, and the perfect location. The best part about this community is the clubhouse. Our kids loved it, and so did we! The property manager was great and accommodating as well.

Beautiful Florida vacation home

What a great place to come with kids and adults - we had a group of eight and had more than enough space! The home has all the amenities we needed to have a great week. Everything was clean, comfortable, and if any needs arose, the host was promptly responsive to take care of what we needed. The two neighborhood community pools were also a huge hit - our favorite was the Retreat with the huge water slides. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a vacation home close to Disney.

Amazing property manager

Adriana was amazing any time we had a problem she was back to us in no time , there were a few problems with the house of no fault of theirs and she had people there to fix the problem one time within 15 minutes of my message. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Spring Break

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the amusement park was about 50mins from the property, Clear water Beach was an hour and half. My grand kids really enjoyed the community pool. I would recommend getting the pool/Jacuzzi heated. Property owners was very quick at replying. I would stay here again.

Beautiful and clean

Great interaction with the property manager before and during our stay. Prompt replies. The home was nicely decorated, properly equipped, and clean. 9 adults slept comfortably in this home, we could have had another in a bed and one more in the top bunk. It was a quiet, clean neighborhood. This atomsphere allowed us to have a wonderful time together.

Great experience from start to finish

My family stayed in this property for the week. I have three kids under 7 and it was an amazing property! Nothing like having a private pool! There were so many bedrooms and a bathroom for every bedroom. It was wonderful! Probably one of the best parts was the community clubhouse. There’s two big pools, a bar, a lazy River, a slide - plus a work out facility and game room. The community is gated and the host made it a breeze to check in and out. We spent 3 days at Disney/universal which was only about 30 min away. Then, we did one day at St. Pete beach about 2 hours away. It was a great experience!!

Championsgate

House and pool were great!!! It was a corner house so you have people walk by the side of the pool quite a bit. The subdivision was secure and quiet at night. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The furniture and carpets could be cleaned, but that didn’t deter from excellent space. The patio loungers were rusted and they literally brought two brand new ones. The community pool was great with the lazy River. The indoor and outdoor bar were a plus as well. There is a new Publix 7 minutes away, barely outside of the subdivision. We would stay there again.
