A Nightmare!...
The condo itself is very nice with a view of a lake surrounded by palm trees and two heated outdoor pools were along with a bar underneath the pavilion next to the pools that serve drinks and a small menu of food items. However, the two king beds and especially the queen size bed in the condo were too hard to be comfortable enough to sleep on and the queen bed was the worse of the three. I complained to the management multiple times to no avail. One day they sent two maintenance men to physically push on the mattress and I was told that the mattress was newly purchased, but I responded by saying that I doubt that, but they bought a cheap, hard mattress. I informed them that I am a 68 yr. old with multiple serious health issues and that my ankles and feet were swelling like ballons because I couldn't get any sleep. They told me that the best they could do was to bring me a mattress topper the following day, but they never returned, so I called again and was told that they would bring me the topper, but once again, they never returned, so I never did get the mattress topper the whole nine days that I was there and I left the property on my last day feeling like I should have visited the emergency room. Also, if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay, this is not the place for you as their condos are not sound proof. The people who moved in above us was a complete noise nightmare that lasted all day long every day and nothing was done about it. Never again!!!
