The house was decent, the area was a good location. The house could have been cleaned better, there was black mold in the bathroom grout. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. The pool was never cleaned and we never got a chance to enjoy it. The owner was not accomodating with letting us have a late checkout even tho we had issues with a light being out and the ppol being dirty.

This house is in need of a major refreshing. Carpets are dirty, walls need painting, kitchen needs stocking, furniture inside and outside is lacking, more towels are needed. Host was quick with communication. Could be a very nice rental with a little investment.

Yim was responsive from the beginning, very helpful and informative. Any questions you have he answers them less than 24 hours. The house was beautiful just as described. Easy entry access, all bedrooms, bathroom, the house was clean. Plenty of towels and rags if needed. Pool was clean. There was some floaties, 1 of them were extremely dirty. The kids didn’t even touch it. There is a gas stove, personally I’m not a fan of it. It took way too long to heat up, so we can cook. Not much of seasoning, have to buy your own. The starting amenities last us during our stay. Other than that the house was great!We walked to the resort, it was 6 minutes. You only need the address to check in to get your resort pass, super easy. Everything there was great, super fun. No lifeguards but there was staff everywhere. The cafe has delicious food.Gate entry was a breeze! Yes there is traffic depending on time frame but after the first time and you get your parking pass. You can get in without stopping at the security. We didn’t want to leave… 10 stars. Thank you Yim for giving us access to your home. We will definitely book with you again.

Best vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was in the perfect location—close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The kids absolutely loved the themed rooms; it made the trip even more special for them. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again!

Great escape

Great location in community less than 5 minute walk (that’s with a 2 year old) to water park. But is not on the main roads so not a busy street. Patio backs up to open space so it doesn’t feel like you’re staring at your neighbors when in the pool. Layout of house is great for kids and adults. Will be back. Location is great for the area 5-10 minutes from food, Starbucks, groceries, etc.

Close to the clubhouse

Just a few minutes walk to the clubhouse! The heated pool was perfect considering the season. There were lots of beds and bedrooms to accommodate a wide variety of guests. The bonus was the pond just down the way a bit to listen and watch the birds.

Great private heated pool and lots of space in the house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house and in this community. The house had a heated pool that was so warm and perfect for us in Feb. The house had tons of space, and it was in a community with a nice pool and lazy river. I didn't love how strict the community pool was about outside food and drink ( you can only bring in water. ) but that's not the houses fault. The house did have some areas that could be updated, such as the carpet, the outdoor chairs and the kitchen drawers were not smooth and were coming off the track at times. I'm not picky enough to not have enjoyed my stay due to those reasons though, and I think the house was a great price, so a 5 star rating from me. I also wanted to comment on the host communication, he was quick at responding and helpful throughout the week. I would stay here again.

It was just ok

The photos online definitely DID NOT show this properties true color. Not very clean and run down. Stains on the sheets, washing machine seems to not be working right, dirty carpet, apple in the pool, lots of dirt also in the pool. Overall not impressed with this property, would not recommend.

The property is not reflective of the pictures that are shown. You can tell the place has been used for quite some time and is in need of major renovations. The cost of this place does not equal what you get, if it were not for the amenities on property,and being located in the champions gate area, it would’ve been a complete waste of my money

Amazing stay

My family and I made last minute plans to stay here during hurricane Milton and the place was perfect. My son loved the theme rooms and my kids loved the game room. Above all else we lost power and water back home and the host did an amazing job accommodating our stay and making sure we were taken care of ! I would definitely go back

Outdated and run down

We booked this house for a family trip to Disney and a night out in Orlando. Form the get go communication was non existent and the ac is old and can not handle the house. Once we finally got a hold of the owner and he had someone check on the air it turned out the unit was turned off from the outside is what the tech told us. The pool is gross and infested with bugs. The carpet needs replaced and I wouldn’t allow my daughter to go on the floor. The gas stove has 2 broken burners they were hard to turn off once we got them on which was scary. We are used to using gas as we have a gas stove in our home. I would recommend no one stay here it needs serious update for the price.

Great stay but a few things needed

The communication with the owner is great. We did enjoy our stay but there are a few things that need to be tended to or for people to know are the reality of the unit. I don’t know when this pic of the pool was taken but it is not clear and clean as shown. Even after pool guy came it was still cloudy and gross. The carpet going upstairs is dirty and needs replaced. Overall the whole unit could use a paint job. This is not specific to the owner or the unit but do not plan to enjoy the community pool. The guy that works at the pool house lets his family and friends come and swim. They completely take over and are loud and obnoxious and are altered with drugs or alcohol. This was very dissapointing! It will bring down the area if someone doesn’t get a hold of this problem!

Not at all as Pictured.

The check in process was easy-unit location is great for being walkable to main resort pools. BUT-The place was dirty, walls and carpeting show a lot of wear and tear!! Ceiling above stove needs repair. Pool was dirty (owner did get it cleaned next day). Video machine does not work, No foosballs (did mail some mid week). Tv remotes missing ( found under dressers). Found dirty underwear (not ours!) under bed. Stains on bedding/comforters. All showers have "mold" in caulk lines. Broken towel holder. Ice machine does not work. Photos show better than it actually is-owners needs to take some time and UPDATE clean this unit and replace some items. Owner did respond in a timely manor. This could be a great unit with some updating and scrubbing!

Great stay!

Our stay was really nice. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside the home. We were there to take the kids to local theme parks. The home could use some sprucing considering the cost per night. Overall, we had a good time.

Great Heated Pool

With no neighbours behind there was a nice feeling of privacy out by the pool. The kids spent as much time there as they did in the clubhouse pool that had the slide. The host was very quick to respond to any of our concerns. Overall our time there was greatly enjoyed by everyone!
