Beautiful Home

Kristy was a great host. The home was beautiful, clean, decorated for Christmas, and very well stocked. We have nothing bad to report and are already planning on renting another one of her homes next year.

Our stay at this home was perfect in every way.

This home was stocked with everything that we could ask for and everything that we needed. Decor and essentials were top notch. Host, Kristy Laney, was very accommodating and quick to respond whenever my daughter had a question or needed information of any kind. We will be returning early 2027 and will look no further than Kristy's fabulous homes to make our Disney family vacation a wonderful experience!

This was our second time staying at this house. Everything was perfect. Plenty of space for our family. Game room is awesome!! The hot tub wasn’t heating up the first night however after contacting the manager- it was fixed right away! There is nothing bad to say about this house. We will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The game room and pool area were amazing, and a big hit with all of our kids. The location was great; very easy drive to all the theme parks. Check-in was seamless and we had great communication from the host!

Amazing space for the entire family. The host easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The property was clean and in working condition. I hate renting a property and everything is broken. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The community was amazing and well maintained.

Brilliant property, perfect for two families. Location was brilliant for Disney Parks. Great advice and info from the owner. Everything we needed was provided for. We loved the house and enjoyed the pool. Thanks for having us. We recommend Kristy's houses.

Perfect Family House

This house had everything we needed for our stay - 7 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to watch a movie together on the couch. We loved the pool and game room. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the washer and the one arcade game. Great location too! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Multiple family stay

We stay in Windsor hills every year for our families Disney vacation. Great house - Clean - Great layout for a multi family trip. Outside tv, and game room was a massive plus for having 5 little ones with us.

Amazing place! Perfect host and perfect location

Best vrbo we ever stayed at. If you are heading to Orlando, book it! You wont regret it! Nice to be able to walk to a small restaurant for some necessities!

Great place close to Disney

This house was perfect for our family’s Disney trip! The kids loved the themed rooms and game room l, the house was clean, and it was easy to get to and from Disney. Would definitely recommend!

Dance comp and family trip

Stunning

We had an amazing stay at Adventureland! The place was fresh and clean with beautiful beachy decor throughout. Also fun themed rooms for the kids! The game room was a hit for all ages and always kept us entertained with high quality arcade games! Kristy was very responsive and always checking in making us feel welcome and well taken care of! We will definitely be back to her properties!

Amazing stay

Home is beautiful with all of the amenities you will need. Beds are very comfortable. Pool is perfect size for a family and outdoor space is comfortable and convenient. Close to anything you need for supplies. Easy travel to Disney parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Florida fun!

Our family loved our stay and the kids had a BLAST in the arcade. We wanted the "Disney feel" without staying on property at Disney, and this definitely hit the mark! After 13-hour days at Disney, it was SO NICE to be just a few miles away from "home". The Windsor Hills Club house with activities and water park was amazing. Staff was great and we felt super safe during our stay.

Great House

Great house overall. Spa and pool were hot and clean. Game room was awesome for the kids. Perfect location to Disney - 15 minute drive. Themed bedrooms was a nice touch for the kids. Master bedroom mattress was really comfortable. Would stay again.

Rest, recovery and run to Disney! This is the place to be!

The owners hospitality and welcoming vibe kicked off our stay in such a relaxing, stress free way. The home was undeniably one of the cleanest, coolest and comfiest homes we’ve stayed in while on our Disney Adventures in the last 3 years. Their communication is top notch and there was never a moment of uncertainty which for us, is key! We wanted to get away, Disney Dive in and not think about much else and we were a let to have that experience! Thank you! We will be sure to be back!

Great location - excellent accommodations

The place was immaculate when we entered. We picked this property instead of several others in the same development because we thought the kids (8 & 12) would love the game room; the adults got way more use out of it than the kids. We came for Disney - the location was fantastic!
