House was ok and clean. Unfortunately, based 100% on how management handles things I would never booked this property again! During our stay there was a sketchy, dirty, abandoned car parked right outside the bedroom window (which had a broken screen on the outside, very low to the ground). This was concerning as I was traveling alone with kids. Management refused to do anything about it and directed me to local police! The police assured me that it was 100% the homeowners responsibility to have it towed. I also contacted them about one of the showers not working and was told maintenence would come address it...THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Everyone sharing one shower defeated the purpose of renting a house with 2 bathrooms. MY BIGGEST ISSUE however, was that my youngest, austistic son left his blanket there. He has had this blanket since he was a baby and it was from his Grandfather who passed away last year. I contacted the host immediately to explain how important this blanket was to him and my family. The cleaning crew found the blanket, but I was told I was not allowed to go back to the house to pick it up. They said it would be brought to the main office and I could get it there. They then dragged me around for 3 more days before my flight home saying the blanket was not there yet. For 2 weeks since returning home, all I've gotten is empty promises to send me a link to pay for shipping and get it back. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE BLANKET! My son is completely crushed. NOT COOL!
