House was very nice and beds were super comfy. We had 12 people and had to rent an oversized vehicle. Our vwhicle was less than an inch over the sidewalk and it was towed. Causing us to be super late to one of the Disney parks and costing us 200. Their HOA is the ruddest people ive ever talked to! The owner was very pleasant about the situation but was not able to hwlp in any way with this situation. Due to this experience, I will not stay here again.

The family home with a pool was a wonderful clean place to stay. We enjoyed the open floor plan and plenty of rooms for our family of 8! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals when we were not on our adventures in the area. It was a nice location and neighborhood especially having access to the little trail around the pond. My husband and son loved to go walking in the morning around it enjoying the wildlife they saw... One morning while having coffee by the pool we saw a raccoon enjoying the trail too! Our family enjoyed the pool each night we came home and one day we just relaxed from the busy schedule at the house too!Communication with our host was great, she checked in on us to make sure everything was okay and if we had a question she was quick to respond. Please be mindful of the sidewalk when you park your cars, as stated in the check in info. The development is very strict and will tow the vehicle. Overall all this house was wonderful and my family and I would stay in it again when we come to Orlando again!!

False Advertising!!!

This place was a complete catfish situation. The pictures were edited and altered. Almost everything was broken! The air conditioning was broken the moment we got there. I contacted someone through VRBO and was told someone would be by the next day to fix it and no one ever came. The temps were in the high 80’s. We had to buy fans so we could sleep at night no money was offered to compensate.i again reached out through VRBO for help insisting a refund and then someone finally showed up at our door to look at the ac. It worked for about an hour and broke again. I again asked for a refund and heard nothing. Along with the ac, the couch was broken in the downstairs living room, the king size bed was broken upstairs, the dryer hose was disconnect and broken, which we discovered after running it and having the entire upstairs go up 10 degrees hotter. The white bedding was old and stained, the house is advertised as a family home but there is nothing kid friendly. No games, no puzzles, no cards, just a small pool table/ping pong combo with one broken in half pong ball and broken pool sticks. There is literally nothing good I could say about this rental. It’s was all a lie and no help was ever provided. I will never use VRBO again or recommend it to any of my friends and family.

Poorly maintained home

This property has potential to be highly recommended, but needs major maintenance and better management. Let's start with cleaning, not thoroughly cleaned at all, hair from previous guests were all over the house including the kitchen. The bar stools were dirty from top to bottom. There's a huge stain on the landing of the stairs that several other vacationers have mentioned. I couldn't believe that it was still there. The tub in the upstairs bath is clogged and I saw that mentioned in a previous review. It's obvious that this home owner or manager Only wants to collect money. I actually went to Wal-Mart and bought cleaning supplies so that we could clean the house to feel comfortable. Next day management reached out to me offering a cleaning crew. That should have been done prior to my check in. Poorly maintained....just cares about collectingmoney.the

March 2025 vacation

We stayed at the house 2nd week of March. On arrival the house had a strong smell of Clorox from the cleaners being there. Upon taking luggage upstairs, we discovered the carpet soaked with Clorox and was soaking wet! Pictures were taken and sent through messages. We were told they were going to reach out to the cleaners to see what happened. Instead, we received an email stating they were keeping our security deposit due to the damage! We did NOT damage the carpets!! We have reached out for several days with no response! Also the main microwave over the stove, smelled like hot wires when used. Black mold was noted over the bed around the vent. Shower drains were clogged upstairs. The house is in a great location and short drive to resorts but issues at the house and the management will prevent us from staying again!!

Coffee

The house well kept. They had shampoo and conditioner and soap in all bathrooms and extra towels. The kitchen and its appliances and pots and pans were fine. It would have been amazing to have coffee available when we arrived maybe a coffee bar of some kind. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We would recommend this home. Thank you to the hosts for making it easy.

Simple and Comfy

House was nice. Simple and to the point. Had bare minimum in kitchen for cooking but we mostly ate out while visiting and avoided cooking. The house had just enough to get us by. Could use some updates in general like any other home, but overall a nice comfortable place to stay and very comfortable beds. Host was very nice and communicated whenever necessary. It was a pleasure to stay here and the overall we were happy. .

Not as advertised

This home was not as advertised. The images on the listing are mock ups - and not actual photos of the house. The pool is a different layout than what is shown. Inside the home, there were plenty of beds, but the house is worn and needs maintenance. The chairs upstairs in the den were broken. The counter behind the sink is tilted, so water runs out the back of the sink and onto the counter and the floor. There were exactly 12 towels in the house (we had 12 people and there were no extras) and 1 towel in the kitchen to use for 6 days, no hot pads at all to use in the kitchen. And the pool table in the "garage" is tiny and the cues were not maintained, so we couldn't even play. The dryer made a horrendous sound, so we couldn't even do laundry. The overall house was fine, but it was just the basics and not maintained well. The location was very convenient. The managers were very responsive, but overall, this was not an enjoyable stay.

Run, don’t walk away from this property

Very poor experience and quality. Movie theater was so old even Prime and Netflix didn’t work. Carpet and coaches were old, stained and provided no support when sitting. The heating did not work for the first day and then only upstairs the second day. Sleeps 12 but not enough provisions in the cupboards for that many. Only 2 trash bags provided and no toilet paper refills. We carpet hasn’t been replaced in like 20 years and you can feel the underfloor if you walk around in bare feet. We usually do a few VRBO stays each year and this was by far the worst property we have ever stayed in.

Not impressed! Do not stay here

Where to start.. first, upon walking in the house is nothing like the bright edited photos. The carpets were absolutely DISGUSTING. Like endless stains everywhere, and what looks to be animal vomit or urine in multiple corners of different rooms. The wifi was not working when we arrived and it took until the next day for them to finally just give us the admin password. The microwave was fully broken, the stove handle falling off, the upstairs bath was clogged which left a gross pool of water every shower (they did come to fix this eventually). We had to request a boom as they had none on site. The bathroom downstairs was filthy and had ants. The water smelled awful. The air vents looked as though there was mould around them. There were big rips in the patio screen covering the pool. The location was nice on the pond, and the pool was clean (although it’s not the pool they have in the listing photos). The beds were also clean and the bedrooms had nice furniture. We found multiple cockroaches, one the kitchen (which we thought was just a one off) and then one in my shower while I was showering the last day.I had taken photos of everything and sent it to them and expressed my very disappointed feelings, with only a “we are sorry about your experience”.Honestly, an offer of a late check out, or maybe a percentage refunded would have made it better, but the lack of concern left a bad taste in my mouth. With so many places to stay in the area, I’d stay clear of this one.

Pleasantly surprised.

We usually book at another site but it wasn’t available for this trip. We were pleasantly surprised with this house. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Will definitely consider renting from here again.

Great base camp for surrounding Orlando area

The pros: nice large spaces great for socializing. Good base camp close to many places. Hosts were very accessible and easy to communicate with. Helped us multiple times with requests throughout our trip. Very lovely neighborhood, although most houses appear to be rentals. Back pool area and pool are lovely. Projector system and speakers are nice and easy to use. Beds are ok. Cons: Couches are extremely uncomfortable. Feel as if they’ve been beaten up. Bring your own towels, they only provide one per person and 1 pool towel per person. With that said, they are very low quality towels. They also don’t offer “face towels” because they deemed them unsanitary, which doesn’t make sense. They are only unsanitary if you aren’t cleaning them properly, just like a regular towel. By their logic, offering standard shower towels is unsanitary. The recreation room felt like a bit of a sham, it is in the garage which is extremely loud and echo-ey. the pool table - ping pong combination table is extremely small and not great. Overall, this home felt like a shell. It is a nice setup if I were driving in with all my stuff in a car, but not great for people who travel light. Our biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the home. The upstairs separate bathroom did not appear cleaned and we found opened condom wrappers in the bathroom drawer. The rest of the house appears “surface clean”, but the walls, ceiling and carpets have a lot of stains and marks. Needs a deep clean.

House Fit Family of 12 Like a Glove

Very nice house in a quiet neighbourhood. Lay-out and bedrooms were perfect for 3 adults and 6 kids in the 7-13 range. Poil, covered in a Lanaii, was perfect. We paid to heat it and you should pay to start the heat a day ahead. BBQ was so-so but adequate. Cleanliness was excellent. Kitchen lacked some utensils but when requested the management company -Upstay -reacted very quickly and provided extra plates and utensils, including the all-important corkscrew! An excellent rental and I will rent from them again anytime. Thanks to Upstay.

Not as expected

Pros: The house was nice and big, which was great for our group. We liked the pool that overlooked the pretty pond. We liked the proximity to Give Kids the World and there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Cons: There were stains all over the carpets and wall. The house didn’t seem very clean. The coffee maker was really dirty. There weren’t many towels and no washcloths. Also, it’s in a gated community and that was kind of a pain.
