We didn’t get to stay at this location. Something happened right before our visit, but the host found us another property to stay at. Everything was fantastic. Host was very accommodating.

House would be a lot nicer if maintained

To start out, four days before we left for Florida, we received a message from the host saying our house we have booked was unlivable for several months and that we would not be able to rent it. They did do right by offering us two other houses and ended up rebooking us to another house. This house was looking like it was a bit nicer and bigger than our previous one we had booked. When we arrived, the house could have definitely been cleaned better. The whole upstairs looked like it hadn’t been mopped, there was brown streaks on the wall next to the toilet in one of the bathrooms, and there looked to be some black mildew like substance in the crevices of the shower just to name a few. Unfortunately the worst part of the stay was the fact there was TWO refrigerators in the house and both of them were not working and had the same issue. Messaged the host and they had someone come out Monday. He then diagnosed the issue and it didn’t get fixed until Wednesday late afternoon.There was also little communication from the host about when a technician would be there which left us having to stay around the house instead of roaming about enjoying our vacation like we should have been. We lost hundreds in groceries and irreplaceable breast milk. The same day the refrigerators got fixed, the toilet in one of the master bathrooms stopped working which was an inconvenience for the couple staying in that room because it was the last room that had a king size bed. This never got fixed.

Had a lovely stay here! There was a last minute issue with our rentals AC so they put us here instead. I will say the only complaint I had was the first rental had a hot tub (part of why I chose it) and the new one did not (despite the picture- there were some houses that had hot tubs but ours did not). Still an overall great stay with responsive, kind hosts!

While the home was visually appealing upon arrival, our stay was unfortunately marred by numerous issues. The washer was broken and, once replaced, the dryer also failed. The pool was unusable due to a non-functional pump, a major disappointment as we couldn't swim.Upstairs TVs were not working, and a bathroom had noticeable damage (see photos). I also did a video check-in walk thru before we got settled in. The provided vacuum had a cut cord, making cleanup impossible. The game room was filled with junk and paint cans, and smelled strongly of wet dog. Basic supplies like dish sponges and trash bags were missing, requiring us to purchase them.We spent valuable vacation time waiting for maintenance to address these problems. While the host was responsive in sending help, our requests for a partial refund or credit due to unusable amenities went unanswered. The property was not as described, significantly impacting our experience. We won't be staying in Solterra again until these issues are thoroughly addressed and amenities are guaranteed to be functional.

Great vacation home!!

Love this house!! Very large for our family. Everyone had plenty of room. The pool was awesome. But most of all very clean. The host was very accommodating. All in all we had an awesome time. Would recommend us home for a large family.

Soccer Tournament Stay

My son’s U15 soccer team were participating in a tournament @ Champions Gate Resort. We decided to reserve a home for 5 players & their dad’s. The home was perfect at only 5 min away from the fields. Alex the host was excellent, always responding to our questions in a timely manner. The home was very clean & fully equipped with all amenities. I highly recommend staying at this property. to our questions in a timely manner.

Great house in a gated community.

House was very clean and perfect for our one week stay. Plenty of pool towels. Club house was within walking distance. Grocery stores are close by, we needed to purchase a few basic items for our stay, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper. Would stay at again. Host was informative about what to expect entering into the gated entrance. Felt very safe staying in the area.

Very good. Could be great.

Nice layout. Good location. Quiet neighborhood. Little things missing. Laundry detergent, Dishwasher detergent, No Keurig machine for first time in 10 rentals. No paper baskets for the ancient coffeemaker. Good price. Very nice community pool area. Would easily rent again. But would just prepare accordingly.

5 Star Stay

While the weather wasn’t ideal the house was perfect. We took advantage of the hot tub on the cool days. The house is sparkling clean and has what you need to be comfortable. The only suggestion I have is bring your own makeup wipes because wash cloths are not provided. Alex is very responsive.
