This home is finished with top of the line fixtures, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and well-appointed furnishings. Fully stocked and ready for your arrival, we have included everything you may need to make you feel as though you never left home, including full sized washer & dryer, phone service and FREE wireless internet!



With 3 full bathrooms, there is ample space for the whole family. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV. Bask in a full day of sun next to the private, SOUTH facing saltwater pool, overlooking the community pond. Enjoy the tranquility and scenic view as you relax under the covered lanai or as you soak in the rays from the pool deck. No rear neighbors gives you all the privacy, as well as peace and quiet, you could ask for.



This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee at additional cost plus tax will apply when you let us know you''re bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.

Pet must be disclosed and additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.



There is an additional charge for heating the pool per day plus tax for a townhome.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

2 trash bags size-13-gallon

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
