Esta casa de tres niveles recién amueblada con aprox. 1800 pies cuadrados ofrece tres habitaciones con baño, tres baños y medio.

El segundo piso tiene un medio baño, totalmente applianced cocina gabinete de cerezo con encimera de Corian, la sala de estar está amueblada con un sofá blanco roto el sueño de cuero, sofá de dos plazas y una silla, y un comedor con un tamaño completo tapa de cristal mesa de comedor lo suficientemente grande como para acomodar a seis. Cuatro taburetes en mostrador de la cocina. El salón cuenta con un 55 "1080P TV de pantalla plana.

La casa ha sido completamente amueblado en una decoración náutica contemporánea que incluye todos los nuevos colchones de calidad del hotel.

El tercer piso tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama King y 40 "HD TV de pantalla plana, junto con cuarto de baño completo privado con doble vanidad / sumideros. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas de tamaño completo de 32 "HD TV de pantalla plana y un segundo baño completo. El primer piso tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama de matrimonio con 32 "HD TV de pantalla plana y baño privado completo.

En la unidad de lavandería (lavadora y secadora), ubicado en el garaje privado elimina la necesidad de embalaje doble! Esta unidad cuenta con un camino privado que permite el aparcamiento directamente en frente de la casa, con acceso a plazas de aparcamiento público de forma gratuita.

Vista Cay Resort se encuentra justo al lado del Centro de Convenciones del Condado de Orange, ya menos de 10 minutos de los principales parques temáticos, incluyendo SeaWorld, Universal Studios y Walt Disney World.

This was a great place, very spacious for a family of five. It was also very comfortable, most notably the beds. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this place had the most comfortable beds. If you’re looking to visit the parks, this place is the best for its location, very close to Universal, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld. Disney is a little further away, but only by 10 mins or so. Orlando airport is only a 15 min drive. I would definitely stay here again.

We have rented through VRBO many times & at Vista Cay resorts. This rental company, Casiola Vacation Homes, was disappointing. Carpets were dirty, there weren't any dish towels provided, transition strips were broken on floors & after we reported wet carpet, they had a repair guy immediately come to investigate to determine it was a non emergency condensation leak of the air conditioner. We had driven 14 hours for a volleyball tournament & they expected us to allow someone in between midnight & 5am to repair! We told them no, was unacceptable & rescheduled for 8pm the next day with a live person as well as through a text message. Apparently they don't repair during the day which is ridiculous. Apparently someone showed up in the night anyway while we were sleeping. I had my phone on do not disturb & woke up to 3 missed calls along with a not so nice email about us not answering to allow the repair person inside. I refreshed their memory of our reschedule & never heard a word back from them until we showed back up that evening to a repairman being there in the driveway. Apparently we needed to be there to let them in which they didn't tell us! The repair guy was super nice & out within 30 minutes!! Will never rent from this company again or recommend them!!

Booked this property to attend a conference. The bathrooms, walls, and stairs are in need a some TLC. The hot water did not work in the extra upstairs bath room. Found cobwebs and bugs in the corners of rooms. Stained carpets on the stairwells. Need to take up all the carpet and replace with wood laminate or hardwood. Good location to convention centers. Quiet neighborhood.

The establishment was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves completely. Although we were charged for a chair, that I believe was already weak when we got there. The night before it broke I sat in it and the leg was wobbly, and it broke the next morning, when Xavier simple sat down to cast his vote online with me. He feel to the floor in front of me.

This condo was a great layout and gave everyone a bit of privacy in their rooms. It was great to have two suites! It was very clean and had everything we needed to make some meals also.

Nice place, clean, close to everything, they even left us cookies 🤗. Parking was good, two in driveway and side parking. My only complaint is air conditioner didn’t work well upstairs, had it been summer I don’t think I would have been very happy.

Our stay was good, when we arrived the house was very hot, windows open etc. We got in late so that was not a comfortable night. I would recommend having the air on for the guests upon arrival. The next day we got the A/C vents figured out so the upstairs would cool. The place was clean and close to convention center. Worked out good for our crew.

The resort was great! We we went to the pool every day we were there and always managed to find a seat and space in the pool. The vacation home was nice as well. It was clean for the most part—there were some stains on the stairwell carpet and an ant problem in the downstairs bathroom but other than that it was wonderful. My family and I would definitely stay again. When we first got there the fridge wasn’t cold at all so I put in a ticket for maintenance and they came the next day to check it out. The staff was very polite Andy fiancé enjoyed the drinks at the bar. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the ants. The property is great and close to everything! Universal, Seaworld, icon park and so many restaurants. We would stay again when we come back to Orlando.

Property was stunning, grounds immaculate. Pool wonderful. Loved that property was gated and close to Universal. That being said, the carpet was in dire need of steam cleaning and spot removal. 1st floor king mattress in need of replacement (sunken spots on both sides). Baseboards in all rooms have not been dusted in a very long time. Dead bugs in window sills. Overall just in need of a deep clean. Would definately stay again.

Great property, the leather on the living room furniture was peeling all over the place, though. Definitely time to replace. The towel rack in the downstairs bath was missing, so a few maintenance jobs are due.
