This was one of my favorite houses that I have stayed with VRBO. Communication with our host, Adrian, was great. I love that he asked that I put sheets on the sofas for my dog, rather than I keep my dog off the furniture. The pool was heated perfectly for our stay. The beds were comfortable. Yes, there was noise from the highway, but a noise app covered it up at night. Would definitely stay at one of their managed houses again.

My host was there when needed. The house interior was very nice and clean.The amenities such as the cooking utensils shower curtain liner and the pool's furniture could use update l love swimming to relax; however, what good is a pool without up kept surroundings. Not just clean water that's heated.& Fees)

Wonderful stay
The property was clean and well equipped. Had the start up supplies of toilet paper, garbage bags etc and a few extra. The pool was beautiful and the pool area has plenty of room for friends and family to spread out. The house is located right on 27 so it can get loud. It did not bother me and i enjoyed my time here. Eating every meal outside, it was a quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay
Property was perfect for our group of 6. The single story home with 2 walk in showers are perfect for seniors. The himes location is convenient to grocery and shopping areas and offers easy access to interstate 4. Pool was a a nice size offering multiple seating areas. House sits in a corner offering privacy and 2 side yards for pets. Note: our only negative and after a few days we got use to it was the house backs up to 27 so there is continuous traffic and road noise. Pooforseating

Our visit at Hampton Lakes
We booked this house for the two of us and our daughter, son in law and grandchildren. They were with us for a couple of days before and after their visit to Disney. The layout is perfect as our bedroom was on one side of the house and our kids and grandkids on the other side. The grandchildren LOVED the pool!It is beautifully decorated. It is a bit noisy being so close to the highway but you get used to it.We would definitely rent again should we be in the area.

Amazing property, highly recommend
House was in excellent condition, and in a great neighborhood/area. Convenient to Orlando area parks. Traffic noise at night, but with the location, this was to be expected. Highly recommend this property.

Clean, spacious home convenient to the theme parks
We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Well stocked kitchen and very spacious master bathroom. There is a little road noise when out at the pool, but this wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

Great stay!
Large open spaces, screened pool and football table was added enjoyment. Road noise was a bit louder than expected, but was noted in the posting…so, not a flaw. City should place sound abatement walls up like the other communities around this one.

Clean, spacious and comfortable
Property was very clean and spacious. Everything on the listing was accurate. Well stocked kitchen with dishes silverware and appliances. Adrian promptly answered our questions and was very helpful. Gave us updates on the weather, pool and grill day before we arrived. Couldn’t have been more happy with the home. Easy access and plenty of restaurants and stores near by. I will definitely stay again if in Orlando.

Wedding Stay
Stayed here to attend a wedding in Orlando, and a mini vacation. Place was fairly clean and very easy to get in/out of. We did set off the pool alarm the first night because we were not aware there was an alarm on the door to the pool and there were no directions about how to turn it on/off, but we were able to figure it out. It was a beautiful home and provided us with everything we needed for our stay and vacation. Loved all the different rooms and the two living spaces was a bonus! The only thing I would say is that during check out they ask you to take out the trash and start a load of laundry with the sheets/blankets you have used (which isn't a big deal), but they do not provide you with even one extra garbage bag, so the expectation is to provide your own. I was not going to purchase a whole box of garbage bags just to use one to replace the one we used. There are also no paper towels/extra rolls of toilet paper (when the roll on the toilet paper holder wasn't complete) and boxes of tissues/napkins, which is typical of all other air b and bs that I have stayed at. We didn't get in until after midnight on a weekday and it would have been nice to have a few of these things because we weren't able to go out as the stores were closed, so we had to wait until the next day.
All in all, I would say those were a few minor things that didn't put a damper on our stay. The pool was an amazing bonus. Would stay again if I went to Davenport!

Loved our stay at this property. Everything was so clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was beautiful! Loved sitting by the pool in the evening with the pool lights on. Property management team were excellent from the moment of renting until departure. Couldnt ask for a better vacation.

Outstanding Florida stay
A 5 star review does not do this outstanding property justice, we absolutely LOVED this villa. It was clean, spacious with outstanding amenities (smart TVs in every room, easy to use kitchen and laundry appliances, an air fryer!) The pool was great and our kids were annoyed that we spent too much time in the parks and not enough time in the pool! Communication with the property manager Adrian was outstanding (we had another villa booked which we cancelled due to no communication from the host) who was more than happy to accommodate us checking in early and checking out late due to flight times. Location was great, a very easy 20 min drive to the Disney Parks and a little longer to the Universal. We absolutely loved our stay here and will absolutely be booking this property again when we return in a few years.

Great Vacation house
Really enjoyed our stay at this home. House was fantastic. Great place for a family. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and had everything we needed. Property managers were excellent. Had one small problem and they took care of it immediately. Only issue we had was the noise from the road behind the yard. Main road and very loud. Pool was great even though it was noisy.
