Excellent!

After my two canceled bookings from another property, I contacted Jake to inquire if this property was available and he was so quick to reply. I was able to book here the day before our departure and we loved the place. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer as we really enjoyed our stay here but we will be back for sure so I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a comfortable place to stay. You will definitely enjoy it here as this place is like a home away from home.

VRBO by Epcot

Nice and clean unit for 4 adults to sleep for 2 nights. We didn't cook or use the dishes but most everything was there if we needed it. Coffee was there but no filters to brew it. Fire alarm went off when we turned up the furnace but it was because it hadn't been used for awhile and the dust build up in the unit burned off, causing the odor. The blanket for the sofa bed smelled of urine a little bit so I put it with our used towels for washing. We were loading our van before checkout time and they deactivated our keys. Luckily, we still had one of our family still in the unit so we could get the rest of our luggage. These were mostly minor things that can be corrected and we would stay there again and try to use the pool etc. next time.

Bait and switch

We booked at Westgate Blue. When we showed up we were told our reservation was at Westgate Palace. We were disappointed with Westgate Palace accommodation and location. We checked out 2 days early before the new year celebration. Very disappointed and will be following up with booking agent.

A Great & Convenient Stay

Property looked the way it did online. Everything was clean and put together. Also just enough space for my family and I, it was 6 of us. Very convenient stay, as it was around 12 minutes away from Disney's Epcot (that's where we went). Overall great experience.

My family and I really enjoyed the accommodations and the pool was very nice! The gazebo was a very nice spot to just to relax and rest. Even though this was not our location that we reserved, this location was perfect for our needs. Thanks to our host , Jake, for making sure we had another great location.

Excellent location

They property was perfect for what we were in town for. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy all of the resorts amenities, as we were already so busy. Close proximity to all the parks. Big enough to entertain our friends. Comfy beds! Appeared to be newly updated. Friendly staff. Nice little patio to enjoy a drink on in the evening. Will definitely be back next year.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

We were only in the rental for 30 minutes, when it was very apparent the place wasn't clean. My kids feet were black from walking around minimally. We found a mop in the condo, but no cleaning supplies. In the morning we called and asked them to mop and also leave the supplies. They came and mopped, but didn't leave anything, and while it was better, it surely wasn't thorough. We stayed 3 days, and on the day of checkout, I looked around to ensure we didn't leave anything behind. In the master bedroom I found lots of dirty tissues between the mattress and headboard. One can only guess how long they had been there. They also added a tax out of nowhere to the bill that came in the day before I checked-in. I paid it, but a charge-back will be coming for it.

Great accommodations!

Glad to have found this condo. Conveniently located near attractions. We visited for a five day stay. Everything we needed, very clean. Only criticism is more hooks needed in bathrooms. Management company reached out daily to ask about any needs. An outlet went out & was promptly fixed by the time we returned. Would stay again!

Rude VRBO owner

This was sold as a VRBO but was really a timeshare which he immediately started trying to sell me. I checked in and gave my credit card then headed to visit family. Didn't realize giving the hotel my credit card didn't settle anything I owed. While I was driving the VRBO called in an extremely rude manner saying he was going to lock me out because I wasn't paid in full- I was so confused. Then I finally said, I get it I didn't pay make final payment and need to-can we move forward to that? He knew I was driving a car and had no ability to fix it in that instance yet locked me out of my hotel with my belongings inside when I had already paid at least the first few days already before he even gave me a chance to pay the final part of the bill. The hotel was fine/not great but fine--- but I would always verify they are in fact the owner of the condo before doing VRBO again- This guy was pushing time shares and was extremely rude!
