  • Casa de concepto abierto recientemente renovada y con estilo. Cocina abierta con comedor en comedor 12. Dos amplios baños completos completos. Dos habitaciones adicionales, una con litera con cama nido y una habitación con cama matrimonial con cama nido. También un baño completo extra. We rented this house to vacation with another family, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The two master bedrooms were especially nice for the adults. The private pool was also fantastic. If renting here, just check a few days ahead of time that you’ve received check in information from the renters - if not (as was in our case) it was easy to just message the renters and they got us the info with no issues. Thanks!

The house was nice and fit our needs but the communication was extremely poor. We went for over 9 hours with no a/c during extremely hot temperatures. We had to go through multiple VRBO people above our host because she would not resond. And, just for that fact, I would not recommend.

Its been a few years since we rented in Terra Verde and I'm so glad that Ulda's place was everything that we had hoped it would be.

Terra Verde we will miss you

From start to finish our stay was amazing. Easy check in with security. Very friendly staff throughout the resort.Excellent communication with our host, making sure everything was as we expected. The home was clean and the pool was the perfect temperature for us.The resort offers many activities we weren’t able to fit it all in. It exceeded our expectations. Will return again.

This property fit our needs well.BUT, the communication with property manager/owner was very disappointing. Midweek the key code to the front door stopped working. Messaged via the VRBO app our situation and there was no response. Called VRBO and their friendly staffed tried to get ahold of the property owner via 2 different phone numbers. One they had to leave a message and the other had a mailbox that was full. Over 2 hours later the property manager replied via the app with a new code. No apology No offer of compensation No reply after giving us a new code. I am thankful that our situation was just locked out, but what if there was an emergency?

Check in was an absolute shambles as we were not given a code for the door prior to arrival. Had to spend the first night in a hotel as neither myself or Vrbo could get hold of the owner. Promised a refund for the first night but yet to receive it and now the owner is no longer replying to any messages. The villa itself was nice but had a few issues. There were no outdoor cushions for the sun loungers and chairs as pictured in the listing. Told they had been damaged and new ones ordered but nothing turned up in the two weeks we were there. Outdoor pool area could have been cleaner and tidier, furniture very tired looking. Problems with plumbing in the kitchen - when the dishwasher was turned on water and bits of food came up through the main sink which was disgusting. One of the bathroom sinks also kept getting blocked. Cleaner also came at 10am on the last day but I was told in the one email I had that check out was 11am. In general very poor communication with out of date information and some TLC needed on the villa for repairs.
