  • It is located in Crestwynd Bay a gated community which is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
    The home consists of 1 KING bed with attached bathroom,
    1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath,
    1 Kids bedroom with 1 twin and 1 bunk bed and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
    The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
    The home has in-home laundry (washer dryer).Very close to the pool.
    Cable and flat screen TVs included.WIFI and High Speed internet (normally $10 per rental) is included free of charge in a promotional offer.
    Kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender.
    An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
    Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Perfect Location

Thank you for a 10 out of 10 stay in Orlando. The condo was perfect for our needs and is located within minutes of all the local attractions! We will definitely stay again very soon.

Perfect Stay

The check in process was easy and everything is detailed in the check in email for you. This place was perfect for us. We weren’t at the rental much but it was just what we needed.

Great stay!

This condo was in a perfect location! So close to a Walmart and right around the corner from Disney. There were tons of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay again. The only thing that would improve our stay would have been a few more towels. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Close to everything

The property was within 15min (not including traffic) of all of the things that we wanted to do. The unit was more than sufficient to meet our needs. We had one issue upon arrival that was handled very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect for short term lease. Close to everything

The rental was used for our project manager who was working a local construction project. The place is very nice and comfortable. and even had enough space to have family visit. The kitchen was fully equipped. It's close to most attractions in Orlando. Besides a small issue with the HVAC it was a great stay. The management and maintenance teams are very responsive. 5 stars all around.

Short Stay

We bedded down each night and ate out. Price and location were our biggest enjoyments. Did not use the other features of the community, but they looked nice. Parking was perfect for unit and reserved. Couldn't figure out the TV and some of the instructions seemed dated. Didn't feel the need to call for instructions, just used the WIFI.

Review

The home is located in a great location. It was very close to tourist areas and theme parks. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the pool area so are not able to provide feedback. We found everything as expected based on the listing. The place was dusty and could have been tidier. The decor and furniture were a bit dated but comfortable. Other than that, the price was reasonable and we loved that the rental was pet friendly.

1 month in Kissimmee

The unit we ended up with was #7633 which had a slightly different layout than the picture shown. That being said, everything worked out well for us and we enjoyed our stay in the unit. A/C and all appliances worked well, great location immediately across from the heated pool. Neighbors were friendly and helpful with suggestions when requested. Very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom with other bedrooms containing two singles and a double. Washer & Dryer worked well and was put to multiple uses. The unit is not pristine (likely 12-13 years old) but was clean and comfortable. Could have used a barbecue and a few additional pieces of flatware but we made due. Staff was helpful to our few requests...will definitely consider returning here in the future.

Very nice townhouse and location

Enjoyed the rooms and beds. Living room furniture old, planks under cushions for support. Corner unit had no support. Sank down and needed help to get up. Pool table supplied with 5 sticks. Only 2 had tips. Pool stick bridge broke. Only stick in rack, no bridge. Room tight for playing. Internet very slow. Couldn't stream our games or movies. Had to use my own data plan, Costing me above my normal plan rate. Cable box cover broke. Had to tape it in place or it covered the infrared. Bath towels okay, but hand towels and face clothes, and dish clothes, old, rough, and stained. We bought new to use, and put yours back out when we left. Cook Ware usless. Food stuck to everything. Not sufficient amount to make meals or for storage. One can opener broke. All flatware mismatched.

Only benefit was the distance to Disney

The WiFi is very weak, the bed are extremely uncomfortable, the kitchen sink has a permanent drip, the ceiling fans were extremely dirty(does not look like they have been cleaned in quite awhile), soap scum on the shower doors when we checked in, outlets that did not work and light bulbs that were burned out. It states there is a notepad to indicate any deficiencies had no paper)

great location, just a few things...

The kitchen sink was leaky and you could use some potholders and measuring spoons in the kitchen. The lint filter in the dryer was packed with lint, just something for the manager to check on. The twin mattresses should be replaced, you could feel the springs coming through when sitting down on them. Everything else was great, clean and right in the middle of everything.
