Vacation stay

The property was clean except for the ants and gnats but they had pest control come right away to take care of that. I didn't realize there was no bedroom on the first floor and the stairs are very steep for elderly so my mom had to sleep downstairs in a chair while we were there. My health is not good so it was very difficult to get up and down the stairs especially since the light was at the top of the stairs and none at the bottom to see when it was dark. The pool was nice and clean, however, there was no handrail to help get in and out of the pool so it made it very difficult to get in and out. I was only able to get in twice and my mom was only able to get in once. It would be very nice if they would install a railing for elderly to be able to get in and out of the pool. Paid for a pool that we could not use. The game room was exceptional except very warm due to no a/c.

Honestly to get a hold of someone when you have to pay something before the trip no problem the reach out but when you have any issues or problems for some reason they take way longer to respond the pool heater we payed extra which when we got there it was Not working they sent someone in confirm that it was not on and gave no receive a email confirmation about the refund

Weekend getaway

Everything was perfect. I am not complaining just letting the manager know the light for the pool does not work so it was a little dark swimming at night. Also some of the ceiling fans needs dusted and maybe an extra roll of toilet paper since they were not brand new rolls.

Clean safe neighborhood nice house

Had fun with pool and game room but waning game room is a garage with no ac should include a fan or something for summer.

Overall was a good experience

The house is as advertised, the rooms are enormous with plenty of space. Kitchen is fully equipped, and everything was working perfectly. The pool was awesome too. The game room we had a great time i wished there was air conditioner on it, but we really enjoyed the games and decoration. The bed sheets had some hair, we decided to washed again just in case, but overall the place was good, we had a lot of fun. I just don’t like the policy they have about pets, I didn’t fully read the entire agreement and when I was about to cancel the stay I couldn’t. I am still waiting for the $500 deposit back for a small pet I brought that was on a stroller must of the time, in addition to the $100 non refundable. I understand that accidents may occur, but 14 days to refund the deposit is a lot of time.

Great house for a getaway

Check in process was very easy. The house is well maintained and in good shape. We had a great time. My only challenge was the mattresses were a little lumpy in 2 of the queen bed rooms. Otherwise we had a great time.

Thank you for a great stay

Overall, this property is a very nice house. It was clean and well equipped. We arrived late and accidentally set off the alarm. The property managers were quick respond to make sure nothing was wrong. I rated this property 4 stars because it did not have lounge chairs by the pool and the grill was beyond dirty.

Comfortable Affordable Vacation Property

We had a lovely time during our stay. The property itself was good. When we had a couple issues the property manager was incredibly wonderful in their response. The location is quite noisy with a very busy main road at the back of the house. The neighborhood is fairly nice. Although the listing says no parking on the street everyone else does which can make it difficult. We hadn’t been in the Kissimmee area for a few years. The traffic took us by surprise. This is not a good location for those who want to make tegular trips to the parks and other attractions in Celebration or Orlando. The traffic made trips to the airport 50+ minutes. But if you are content to travel south and over to Tampa for day trips, it’s great. Close to some nice golf courses and not a difficult trip to see some Spring Opening baseball. Closest grocery stores are about a 16 minute drive depending on traffic. All in all it was met most of our needs for the time we spent there.

Perfect home for Disney

The home is beautiful, everything was as advertised. We did have a couple minor problems, but the property manager responded right away and those were taken care of the same day, the property manager was very quick in handling that. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, the best being that there is no one behind the home so there is a ton of privacy. We traveled with our dog who loved having the fenced in back yard. We were there to visit Disney; it took us no time at all to get to the parks and back. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would book again with the property management company.

Great place to stay!! Beautiful house

Everything was great. Mostly everything was cleaned just a few missed things like the rugs by the back door and kitchen. Otherwise, the house was clean. I think the only thing we had trouble with was the kitchen, the kitchen was huge and we loved that, the biggest problem was it had most cooking utensils but it didnt have a sheet pan and correct measuring cups and spoons. Just the essentials would be great especially because its such a nice kitchen to cook in. Otherwise, the house was beautiful. The pool was amazing and such a peaceful place to just hang out. It was nice and quite and we really liked staying here. It will be on our list to come stay again. Thank you!!

House was just as advertised

My husband and I had to leave our home due to hurricane idalia so we had to ready our home mostly for the pending flooding issue. We booked this home very quickly and drove out the next day, it was very stressful for us and had a few communication issues on our part. The young lady who helped on the phone was so very nice, pleasant, and extremely helpful despite how uptight and stressed we were. The house was just perfect and we enjoyed our stay. It's too bad we ended up having some significant flooding when we came back home and lots of cleanup to do. We would like to sincerely apologize and thank the itrip host as they were just fantastic to us in our desperate need for a quick shelter

Fantastic getaway

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was perfect for our Boston Terriers who love traveling with us too. The fenced in area gave them plenty of space to play. We had everything we needed. The ac stopped working during our stay, but the manager responded within 3 minutes, and they sent someone out to repair immediately. We were very impressed! The only thing I would add would be a pooper scooper so it would be easier for responsible pet owners like us. We managed just fine but we have stayed at other places that have one and it's very convenient. We would absolutely come back.

Davenport pool house

Having the pool available every day was great! The bedrooms were spacious. The 5 bathrooms were convenient. We initially had a few minor problems and they were quickly fixed, i.e. dripping shower, no recycling bin, etc. Once we learned the roads, everything was easy to get to. The yard was enclosed and made it easy for us to let our dogs out. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great Vacation

This property has a ton of space and is in a great location for access to food, restaurants, Disney, and seemingly anything else. Not far from entrance to I-4 to check out Daytona or Tampa areas.

Thanksgiving

Short distance from Disney parks and outlets. Management was quick to respond when we realized the dryer was not working upon arrival. Pool and outside yard was great for the kids! Would book again in the future
