Nice home and loved the location. Unfortunately the home was not cleaned properly. The moment we arrived we noticed the floors were half vacuumed and half swept. We also noticed the drawers in some of the rooms were not so clean. There was hair in them. There was no way to get in contact with the host. You could only contact customer care during their hours of operation, and after hours there was an emergency contact. We took videos and pictures especially of the wall and carpet due to the marks on the wall and carpet. The rug upstairs in the sitting area was filthy. I shook one of the rugs in the bathroom and it was filthy. So we went to Walmart and brought sheet sets, blankets and cleaning supplies to clean the house and change all the bedding. After about a day or two we decided to visit the pool, and it was dirty as well. We contacted customer care and they sent someone immediately. When we advised them about how dirty the house was they didn’t seem to believe us. They did offer to send someone to clean, but we cleaned what we could already. Then we noticed ants in the kitchen and living room. Later I pulled one of the curtains back in one of the bedrooms there was a brown stain. Also on the first day we noticed one of the beds smelled like urine. As we were collecting our things the night before I found a shirt under the bed that did not belong to anyone in our group. We have been coming to Orlando for years. We have experienced this before, but not to this extent.
