House comfortably slept 10. Very clean overall. 15-20 minutes to Disney parks. However several maintenance issues need to be addressed including exposed electrical and windows not locking in a child's second floor bedroom, as well as broken patio furniture.

Home is showing its age and needs some care. Dry rot has set in on the front door frame and has started to move to the door. The pool was dirty when we arrived, but someone showed up the next day to clean it. The fan in the master bedroom only has one speed, high. The pool table and shuffleboard needs some care as well. The pool table only had one pool cue, and it was broken so we went to the store and bought two new ones so the grandkids could play but the table is pretty unsteady and in need of new felt as it is covered in small tears. The shuffleboard is missing one of the pucks and needs to be refinished and waxed as the pucks will not slide. The laundry and AC worked well and if you are just looking for a place to sleep, shower, and eat it will meet your needs. It is a little short on silverware if you are a larger group though. It is well located near Disney and a Walmart nearby for food and gas. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet.

The house was conveniently located, communication with the owner was great, and it was a good size for our group of 10. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the beds were not very comfortable. Additionally, the pool safety fence netting was misaligned, leaving a gap that could not be pushed together. We had to place a chair in front of it when the kids were playing outside.

This property is ideal for those heading to Walt Disney World, it's very close and convenient. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms convenient. It would have been nice if the downstairs bedroom had a king bed rather than a queen to avoid the stairs for us grandparents. The furniture could be updated although did not affect our stay. Unfortunately, the water park at the club house is closed until February. We had fantastic weather for the beginning of January. Thank you Windsor HIlls.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication was thorough and timely. The house was clean and stocked according to what was outlined in the communications. The community pool area and the playground were really nice. Easy to get to parks and stores. We would definitely stay again! Loved it!

felt like home!

This was our first experience with a VRBO. We have always stayed in hotels in the past. It was nice to have the option to have our granddaughter stay in the Frozen room one of the nights. What a treat! I was more than impressed with the maintenance during our stay. We did have a hiccup and they corrected the issue in no time. We loved having the pool right there for our convenience and the ability to cook a great breakfast before heading out for the day. All in all, I would suggest staying in this villa and having the feeling of being at home!

Baseball Trip

The home itself was nice—definitely on the older side and could use some updating, but that didn’t bother us. What did frustrate me was that there wasn’t a single backup toilet paper roll in any of the bathrooms. We travel often for baseball and usually expect at least one extra roll in each bathroom. We ran out and were surprised to find any available. I was also a bit surprised the kitchen didn’t have even basic staples like salt and pepper, which most places usually include. That said, the amenities were nice overall, and I would stay here again.

Team Stay

I had two of my volleyball teams stay in the house over two weeks. Both teams had a great time in the house! The house has basic appliances and overall all you need to start your trip. We had a small issue with the dryer that was fixed during our stay.

Needs maintenance

Not as great as we had hoped. Upon arrival the trash on the porch was full. The first few minutes of walking around the house looking around my wife stepped on a tac strip between the master bedroom and bathroom because there was no transition strip. We paid for pool heat and our first time in the pool did not seem heated at all but they did send someone out and the next days the pool was heated. The tv in 1 bedroom didnt work. The blow dryers didnt work. My daughter knocked a couch cushion off and there was so much nasty food under it that we ended up having to remove all cushions and vacuum it. Overall, i give the house an okay. The kids enjoyed the themes rooms and space, the beds were comfortable, and the location worked well for us.

My Stay

Overall the property was in great shape! Good location to get to all the Disney properties. We did have trouble checking in with gate security once we got there because our names had not been given to them ahead of time like they were supposed to be. Security had to call the owner of the house for us to give us permission to enter. The code on the front door stopped working for us on the second day and I called the number given to us for any house issues and left two messages and also sent a message with no response. We had to leave the backdoor unlocked so we could get back inside the house for two days. On the third day the code worked again and I can only assume someone came out and fixed it while we were gone, but I never received a return phone call or message.

Great Place for multiple Generations to Stay near Disney

Great house for our family vacation! Grandma enjoyed having bedroom on the first floor without having to do stairs everyday. We had a small problem with a tripped breaker, so we did not have the pool heat the first day of our stay, but problem was addressed same day we reported it and we received a refund for the pool heat for the two days we paid for and it was off. The carpet could use a little TLC and some of the appliances are a little outdated, but it was a good value for what you get and we would stay here again.

Upkeep/Updating Required

The amenities & Windsor Hills facilties were great & my children & grandkids had a wonderful time. Biut basic upkeep & cleanliness issues have been ignored, bake sheets were used put away, duct tape holding a drawer in place,ac vents were dirty 15 the vacuum to use it,lot of grout & replacement caulking required . What was illustrated was not quite accurate. Would I stay here again, if it was cleaned up & maintained maybe.We had a great time but basic home upkeep & updating is needed.I would say its was acceotable mins uncloggivacuum

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Once Upon a Dream Villa. The house and resort was as described with everything you need. It was clean, had lots of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. There were a few items of the home that were dated but that didn’t hinder our stay or alter our experience at all. The staff was great to deal with and very period as well. The resort amenities were also thoroughly enjoyed by our crew. We had a wonderful stay and have already discussed returning again!

Great stay, nice house

This is our 4th time staying at Windsor Hills, but our first time at this house. The stay and communication went smoothly. Comparing this house to the others we stayed at, this one was mediocre. The kitchen didn't have as many/as nice of fully loaded as others. It was the bare necessities, but we did get by. Not curtains in all of the rooms. Rug was looking a little tattered. Clean, but old and not as refreshed as some of the other we stayed at. The marvel room had peeling off wall stickers. If we had nothing to compare it to, probably would have given it 5 stars, but after seeing so many others a bit nicer, that is the reason for my scores.
