This property was everything and more. It was so spacious for 16 people. The hosts were great. There was only two minor problems, but there were addressed right away. The house is stocked with everything you need. Me and my family definitely enjoyed our stay!

Well worth a visit and we would highly recommend this property.

A group of eight guys enjoyed this wonderful property, plenty of room to spend time together and also enough space to find some peace and quiet. Extremely well furnished and equipped unlike many rental properties. A great location and central for the theme parks or golf as was our requirement. Plenty of restaurants nearby or supermarkets what ever your preference. Couldn't recommend this property highly enough, a very high standard of villa, furnishings, equipment and a service from Augner management to suit.

Fantastic,superb and absolutely wonderful property.

We were here for my wife’s special birthday and staying in this magnificent home made it even more special. On the very few occasions I had to communicate with the owners they were prompt and courteous with their replies. If you want to stay in luxury around Orlando please book this place.

An amazing vacation week.

This property is perfect for larger groups. The household amenities were above and beyond the norm. The house was clean and we'll maintained. Our family enjoyed the pool and patio area. The pool table and theater were a nice option during the days it rained. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items. The icemaker that makes the golfball size cubes is something I wish I had at home. Perfect place. We'll be back..Thank you for letting us visit. Our Family..

The home was located close to the Disney properties do that we could drive in each day. The pool was large. The kids enjoyed the theater room a lot.

Outstanding, couldn’t be better!

Everyone enjoyed the stay at ‘Mickeys Atlantis’. The house was very clean, the bedrooms were large and comfortable. Outside pool was brilliant everyone loved that especially my Grandson. Also the pool is very private not overlooked. The property is in a great position close to the parks and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this home (and Charles and Jo) to anyone looking for a large home close to Disney.

Great place for a family

Very nicely maintained house, with plenty to do. The game room and spacious theater are especially nice. The rooms are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. The outdoor space is also very nice, with great loungers/tables and a nice grill area. The owner and manager were both very easy to communicate with and prompt to reply. Overall highly recommend this house if you are staying in the area.

BIG family vacation

We loved to house especially the theater room. We were a big family of 14 and the house was big enough we were on top of each other. Pool was great and warm (it was January). We used every part of the house. From the outside kitchen to the laundry room and game room.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house is beautiful, spacious, and just like the pictures! We had 3 families with kids ages 6-16 and they all enjoyed the pool, game room, and theatre. We went to Disney three days and rest of days we lounged at the house. The owners, Charles and Jo, were the best. Very responsive! We would book again in a heartbeat!

This house was just perfect. Kids loved the theater room, and pool. Adults loved the Hot Tub.!! The pool area is simply perfect for all the family, plus it was nice that is was very private from the neighbors with the privacy fence. The gated community felt extremely safe and is only a short drive from restaurants, and the supermarkets. This home is very close to Disney. We would highly recommend this house to anyone for a fantastic time in Florida.

2024 Golf Trip

House was as advertised. Great accommodations with plenty of space and modern conveniences. Movie theater and outdoor kitchen was amazing. Communication with property manager(s) was great as well. Only down side was the hot tub didn't have a temperature control and would get too hot.

Amazing House!!!

We have been doing this trip for 8 years now. This house was the BEST we have had to date. Extremely Big house Super Theater Room, Very Comfortable Beds, Kitchen is stocked well, Bigger starter kit than other rentals Everyone had a GREAT time The weather was not good but the Pool & hot Tub were always hot Summer Kitchen was amazing, we cooked many lunch & dinners out there If I don't bring my Golden Doodle next year, this is Definitely our house Charles was amazing, we had small problem with door, he was there in minutes Any questions we had, were answered in minutes HIGHLY RECOMMEND this house

Great Location and wonderful house!!

My family, one son and two daughters, their spouses, along , with a 15,12, 10, 5,3 a 4 1/2 children, and two sets of grandparents stayed in Mickey’s Atlantis for 6 nights. The house was welcoming and contained most everything we needed to host for our Disney experience. Because we spent 4 long days at Disney, we didn’t have the full opportunities to take advantage of the house. But the time we did spend there help create wonderful family memories!! If we can we will return again!!

Wow, what a welcome to Mickeys Atlantis Formosa Grand Mansion! Grand is the word. It is massive. The reviews and photos really don't do this justice, and the home is stunning and felt like new. It provided us with much space for everyone and boasted every amenity imaginably. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to Disney World and Universal Studios. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, theater room, game room, and outdoor kitchen. The master bedrooms, where boutique-style ensuite bathrooms, were pure luxury. Charles and Jo were fabulous hosts who ensured our stay was unforgettable—highly recommended!

Excellent Family & Friends Home Base

Wow, what an excellent family & friends home base, close to all. This home is absolutely beautiful, clean, updated and comfortable for any large family. With Orlando at your doorstep, this is the perfect place to come home to after a day of attractions and fun. The heated pool & Jacuzzi were magic at night, especially with the pool lights on. We did Karaoke in the Theater Room that had all of us singing at the top of our lungs, we laughed so hard. On our last day, we played a pool tournament, more fun - we were surprised to find out who the pool shakes in the family were! At the end, we were also able to do some of our laundry before we left. Everything was really great.. Best House Ever, you won't be disappointed.

Quality & Value: Caring owners who didn’t just make sure everything was not just working & sparkling clean, but provided every appliance & start-up supply you could hope for, a perfectly heated pool & spa on arrival. Even fully decorated Christmas trees made our family's stay truly extra special. Everything was as advertised, top quality, or better! Location: Formosa Gardens is near everything plus it's one of the very few communities well known for nice sized lots with space for kids to enjoy playing outside on the lawn, and providing much more privacy, plus plenty of off-street parking. Reservation & Communications: Top-notch! Definitely 100% better to deal directly with the owners, Charles and Joanne, (Aunger Vacation Homes in Celebration FL) rather than some middleman or on-line booking agency! They were extremely responsive and provided the most complete and easy to find guest information we ever had the pleasure of looking over. You can truly live outside in the very large lanai with plenty of seating for sun bathing or in the shade. We enjoyed 'al fresco' dining with great meals from the outdoor kitchen complete with grill and bar and ice maker. Hutchings Family from PA, NJ, VA , TN & FL

The Perfect Multifamily Destination

After staying at several rental homes in the Orlando area, let me say that this is our all-time FAVORITE property. From the moment we pulled up into the massive, curved driveway, we knew we had found the perfect place for our multi-family, week-long stay. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to cook several meals. The outdoor BBQ was perfect for our first night to grill burgers as we were all settling in for the big RunDisney Marathon Race Week. After 4 straight mornings of 2:30 a.m. wakeup calls for each of the races, it was heavenly to come home to a spacious, comfortable space where we could all relax separately or together. The Home Theater was a hit with everyone - we enjoyed streaming on our favorite platforms with a few movie nights sprinkled in. The bedrooms were well appointed and very comfortable for our crew (which ranged in age from 5 - 82). The pool and hot tub got quite a workout as you can imagine with runners as guests. And the workspaces in both the common area and one of the master bedrooms was perfect for a couple in our group who had to work a few days. The pictures do not do this house justice (video review coming soon so reach out to me and I can send you a link). The location in Formosa Gardens Estates was perfect for any Disney vacation as we drove to the races each morning with no more than 15 minutes commute. Also, the neighborhood is very close to every amenity you could want from grocery stores to restaurants to nail salons (yes, we had our nails done while we were there). Charles and Jo (aka the hosts) were so easy to work with - both before and during our stay. If we had a question, we did not have to wait! Response time was amazing (and the best of any hosts we ever experienced). Run, don't walk to book this amazing property!!! We can't wait to stay in this house again (or one of the several other beautiful Aunger Vacation Homes).

GREAT TRIP

We have been doing a Florida golf getaway for 9 years now. We use house for 2 weeks, 1st week 8 guys playing 36 holes a day, 2nd week 4 guys leave and 4 wife's fly in. 2nd year in a row staying with Aunger Vacation Homes. Charles & Jo are great, answer questions very quickly. We had a couple of issues on this trip, they we addressed right away and fixed same day. House is stocked much better than most rentals we have used in the past. House is extremely clean, big plus! Even a video brochure to download to phone that will answer most questions that you might have. House is huge, bedrooms are very big & comfortable. We experienced the coldest weather Orlando has seen in 20 years, so cold we didn't play golf one day. We spent the day in homes theater & game room and everyone had a great time. We used the Summer kitchen for a lot of our meals. Freezer even makes round ice cubes for our Old Fashions Everyone had a GREAT Time!!! 5 STARS

Amazing Home the house is Massive!!!

Absolutely amazing home. You will be blown away by how big the inside is, as soon as you walk in the front door. The house was spotlessly clean. Lovely outside kitchen and bbq area next to the pool. We can not fault the stay; the hosts, Charles and Jo, are honestly the best hosts we have ever stayed with. Dave, the property manager, is such a nice gentleman and checked in on us when he was checking on the swimming pool. Honestly, nothing seemed like any trouble. We all enjoyed ourselves and will be returning in the future.

Booked this house via Aunger website from day 1 the communication was brilliant from Charles and Joanne. However, booking online i was always apprehensive 1. Would house be as good as pictures and 2. Hopefully there was a house when we arrived (worried about fraud). Well when i arrived at MCO airport switched phone on and first thing i got was a message from Charles to see if we had landed ok, then we arrived at house well all my worries disappeared. What can i say….what a house. Everything and more you would want. House was immaculate and massive! Enough room for 15 of us and still not get on top of each other. Everywhere was spotless, beds so comfortable and massive! Pool area brilliant - again clean and tidy. Kids were hard to get away from pool to go to Disney! Lovely covered area to eat whether sunny or in a thunderstorm! Massive bbq which we used several times. Loads of sun loungers for lazy days. Kids enjoyed time away from the heat in the cinema room and games room again fabulous area just to chill. House is in a lovely quiet gated area and so close to Disney and just a few minutes away from Walmart and other shops and eating places. I could go on and on….in a nut shell Charles and Joanne give the personal touch which adds that bit extra to any stay. This house was amazing, would highly recommend to anyone and hopefully in the future we will be back staying with Aunger Vacation homes. Charles and Joanne keep doing what you do absolutely amazing place to stay and made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Once again thank you for everything.
