Great house for family fun

The owner was super easy to work with. We had a great stay with 2 children and 4 to 6 adults. Overall we had a great stay and would rent this property again. Pros: -house is large and has lots to do- the kids enjoyed the games in the garage -neighborhood is quiet and convenient to parks (15 min drive without traffic) -the screened in back yard area was lovely -the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, including kids stuff Cons: -limited supplies at the home- trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap. This isn't a big deal but it's hard to have to buy fill containers of these items for a 6 day stay -the house was clean but worn, with carpet needing replacing and the mattresses being worn out, as well as the pool alarm not functioning to alert to people going out (something I worried about with young children) -the pool heat is extra, but worked quickly and was easy to get added

Perfect for our larger group

Quiet neighborhood, convenient to all of the parks we were visiting. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 6 children. The children especially enjoyed the pool and play area set up in the garage, swimming and playing foosball, air hockey and pool each night to wind down before bedtime. Little details like fans above the play tables in the garage, provided inflatable pool toys, and tons of silverware made the stay even more pleasant. Communication with the owner was easy, never intrusive, and the check in instructions made it ridiculously simple at arrival. We were inside the house and settling in less than a minute after parking in the driveway. We try to visit Orlando once a year, and this house will be the one we check for availability first.

Lovely house with plenty of room

We were a family of 8 adults and 2 children staying for 10 days in this amazing house. Plenty of space, lovely pool, nice playroom and in a quiet neighborhood. It was nice and clean and had everything you needed. The house is just 30-45 minutes drive from the parks in Orlando. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jason for having us and be a very good host.

Quiet but convenient location. Lovely home with a view.

Fabulous house in a great spot. Quiet location but close supermarkets and easy access to all attractions.Spacious and well equipped for all needs. Games room and pool area great for when not out and about. Jason very helpful and prompt with any questions that arise.Would definitely recommend..

Large, clean and conveniently located home.

Before arriving, the communication with the owner established a feeling of comfort knowing he was readily available to an answer any and all questions. Once at the home we were beyond pleased with the cleanliness of the home. It contained everything we needed for our stay. The game room was a huge hit for our three kids ages 11, 12 & 16. The kids were swimming in the pool before I could finish seeing each room. My wife especially enjoyed the balcony of the master bedroom to sit and drink her morning coffee. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms provided more than enough room for our family of five. We highly recommend this home for your stay and will use it again for in the future.

Excellent family vacation in Luxury Florida Villa

We had a amazing 2 weeks in this Villa location, facilities and layout all very accurate description. We all loved the view of the lake from the pool area just stunning! House was very clean and had everything you would need for a stress free stay. House was very well maintained and very homely . I would definitely recommend this home to friends travelling out to Florida who wants a good and reliable customer service in a beautiful home.

Ideal Spacious Villa

Very comfortable and spacious villa with all expectations met. Spent 2 weeks here and enjoyed every minute.. Pool, spa and patio area perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view over the lake especially at sunrise... ideal location with short drive to most of the parks and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. All rooms and bathrooms very spacious and spotlessly clean on arrival.. was very grateful for the air conditioning... we have no complaints regarding this villa and have already booked again for next year.

well equipped and spotless!

Perfect! Comfy beds, spotlessly clean, nice pool and poolside furniture, fast wifi, really good games room, loads of kitchen equipment, nice layout. Photos are accurate (always a relief when booking!). Best to go on the back road route to the parks, (as the main roads are pretty rammed); it will save you at least 10 mins. Prompt replies from owner and management company.

Fabulous property with fabulous owner

We have visited Orlando many times and rented many different places but this property is right up at the top of the list. Really well laid out, clean and tidy, loads of room, really close to local amenities but also close to all the Disney/Universal bits and pieces. Owner went above and beyond as our visit was only a few weeks after Hurricane Irma had happened but everything was back and all in working order by the time we got there. Will definitely be re-booking - in fact we have :-)

LAKE WILSON PRESERVE BEST HIDDEN SECRET

Had the most marvelous stay with my family. The home was truly home away from home. The home all that you would need for the most perfect stay. The home is conveniently located. The kids stayed occupied between the pool and the game room. They had a blast!! The local management team is the greatest!! Terry was very knowledgeable and give great recommendations. Amazing Villa

This was the 3rd time we had stayed at the villa and as usual it did not disappoint, the place is great and suits us and our 3 children down to the ground. The villa was clean and well maintained throughout and is located in a fantastically quiet central location not only for Disney but to get to the other attractions and amenities that Orlando has to offer. The directions to the villa were perfect and it was easy to find again from the airport - it felt like we were coming home! The children loved the air hockey game and of course the pool. We did experience a few problems with the pool heat but these were quickly rectified by Terry the Property Management person who also lived just round the corner. Also during our stay a brand new pool cover was fitted to help retain the pool heat in the cooler months and we noticed a difference straight away. We will definitely be using the villa again and have no hesitation in recommending it. Thank you Niki and Jason for such a great villa, we have stayed in other villas prior to finding yours and they do not come close to this one. For us, knowing the high standard of the villa means there is one less concern and lets us focus on having a great holiday! Look forward to booking our next holiday with you soon. Fantastic Villa

Our family had such a wonderful time in Florida, due in large part to our home away from home. We had a slight hiccup when we arrived, a miscommunication with the pool being heated, but Terry came over and took care of us right away. Other than that, our stay was flawless! The house was clean, organized and quite spacious. The house came with a pool, hot tub, great patio with a view of a lovely pond and a barbecue grill (may have been an additional fee, but well worth it!). The game room was also a great time! We had a blast playing pool, Foosball and air hockey with our kids. The location is perfect... very close and easy to commute to the theme parks, a grocery store and CVS are super close. Our youngest daughter had a fever and ear ache the second day of our vacation and we were able to get her into the CVS Minute Clinic right away for an antibiotic She was feeling better and able to enjoy her vacation in no time. All in all, great house, wonderful patio and pool and perfect location. I would highly recommend this house to everyone. Thank you Jason and Niki! Best, John and Tracey Moran

Brilliant time had by all!!!

174 Robin road was like our home from home, only bigger and better! The location is perfect for all of the parks, as well as the 192 and International Drive, with everything we needed for a great time. When we arrived the pool was lovely and warm, and we actually turned it down a bit. The decor is fresh and tasteful, and the house is very well equipped, with the bluray player and the wireless being fantastic additions. (we spent every spare minute researching what was where on the I-pad) Loads of loungers and poolside furniture made for happy lazy days by the pool and the games room, with pool table, air hockey and table football make for the perfect retreat when you need a break from the sun. Terry from the Property Management Company was very helpful from day 1, as we're Niki and Jason when arranging our booking. The whole holiday was a pleasure from start to end. (The information folder in the house was very helpful too - thank you). My girlfriend and I loved our stay and will definitely be looking to book up again for our next holiday. I would recommend that anybody looking for a great house to stay in whilst in Orlando, does the same! Ian And Michelle. England.

An Amazing Holiday Home

A perfect holiday and a perfect place to stay,it was a very spacious clean and welcoming place that is very modern and well looked after.The pool was very clean and we used it every day, during our ten day stay the pool cleaner came twice.It is situated in close proximity to the theme parks, around 10/15min drive and is also very close to the supermarket and and many places to eat,Right from the off the owners jason and nikki were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome, We would definately recommend this holiday home to friends and relatives,and will definately make a second visit.The only down side that we found is that we wanted to stay longer as it felt like home from home. Thankyou for the perfect holiday honeymoon Natalie and Mark Turland x

Home from Home but better !

This was a delightful home, that help make or vacation the perfect getaway. The villa is very clean and tastefully decorated with spacious rooms. The location of the villa was also perfect for us, being only a 10 to 15 minute drive from the parks and other major attractions and shops, Davenport is a really nice upmarket area. We had no problems with the pool the temparature was fine and we used it A LOT. The manager was great and was very helpful when we arrived as we had not been given the alarm code, only a small oversight but it was quickly rectified and we had a hassle free, relaxed holiday. We live in Scotland and frequently holiday in Florida for the Sun and Fun, The owner Jason was wonderful right from our first enquiry, with excellent communication and couldn't have been more helpful as we booked this last minute and Jason arranged and confirmed our booking very quickly. I would highly reccomend this villa to anyone looking for a home from home, but better......

Disappointing Stay at Xmas time 2010

We stayed at this home between Dec 19, 2010 - Jan 1, 2011. The home was very clean upon entering which was great. However, we experienced many challenges during our stay. The first night in the home, the thermometer could not be adjusted as it was locked by the owner so the temperature was a chilly 60F. This was fixed the next day but an uncomfortable first night for all of us, especially our 3 month old baby. The other things that should be highlighted about this property are as follows: 1) had challenges with the broadband connection and a techinician had to come out twice to fix it 2) the pool heater is not strong enough to heat the pool in cooler temperatures which is also due to the fact that there is no pool blanket. Neighbours were able to use their pools (had pool blankets) We were unable to use the pool during our stay and were only able to use the spa portion on 2 occasions. 3) There is no heat on the main floor (only on 2nd floor) so in the evenings and mornings, it was really cold 4) some of the patio furniture is rusted and the legs are broken 5) the pans are old and burnt so unuseable 6) there are minimal outside lights so difficult to use the barbecue after day light 7) The phone in the kitchen did not work. Only other phone was a wall phone in upstairs bedroom so very inconvenient 8) The electrical outlets in the master bathroom do not work so if using electric shavers, haridryers, be cognizant of that challenge 9) Request owner to provide free standing powerful heaters on main floor of house if traveling outside the summer months. 10) The location is such that you have to travel on the I4 to get to the parks so if going in peak season, plan to spend a lot of time sitting on the highways - lots of traffic on I4 10/ Request that a thorough check of the home is done prior to arrival. It was evident one was not done prior to ours (e.g. heat locked at 60F) and thus we highlighted issues that should have been known and then had to have people in the house over the next 3 days trying to resolve. We highlighted our challenges and concerns to the owner through an email no response was received. Sent a request a second time looking for a reply to our concerns but again no response. The property manager is a real good guy (Terry) and felt bad seeing that our kids and friends kids were unable to use the pool and that we were cold in the house due to the lack of heat on the main floor of the house.
