House Rules

* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are
not permitted on the property.
* All trash must be bagged in plastic trash bags and cannot be left
outside overnight. Valet trash is picked up every morning after 9
AM.
* Online packages sent through USPS will not be delivered to the
property. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx are recognized. Not all resorts
accept packages, and fees may apply.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heat must be requested 48 hours in advance and is only
available as a complete package with the attached spa. Pool
temperature will not exceed 95°F and may not reach desired
temperature in cold weather.
* The BBQ rental is optional.
* The pool heating system has a safety protocol to prevent
overheating and may shut down temporarily in cold weather, and
services may be unavailable at times.

Additional Information

* This home is self-catering, so guests should purchase necessary
supplies beyond the provided starter kit.
* There is no daily housekeeping service; mid-stay cleaning can be
requested for an additional fee.
* Charges may apply if additional cleaning or repair is required due
to non-compliance with house rules.
