Family vacation 2025

We enjoyed our stay. Except for a few minor issues that was resolved quickly with tv and refrigerator. The house was great. Will stay here again.

House is clean and in a nice neighborhood. Our problem was we were not told we could not bring a trailer inside. We had a youth group so we had lots of luggage requiring 3 trips each time to get everything. We had to rent a place to park it. I can understand not leaving it, but we were not even allowed to bring it in to unload when we arrived or to load up on the day we left.If they would have had it in the information to begin with would have been better. Also the HOA said it is possible to have one hour for both loading and unloading this should be set up beforehand, but has to be done by the Host you rent from.

House was in very poor condition!

When we got there we had no pool heat, of which we paid for. The host was responsive and said he would credit our account, however then we couldn’t use the pool the last two days because it was hotter than the hot tub. The house was incredibly dirty, baseboards and corners full of dirt (I have photos I can share). Door molding broken on some doors, wallpaper falling off, refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor and ice dispensing didn’t irk, washer was full of water and had to be replaced on day two. Not enough bath towels in the house for the entire family, had to go buy more. Patio area dirty, chairs and fencing moldy, ceiling fan in living room worked for 2 days and then quit. No trash cans in bedrooms. Overall upkeep of house was very neglected. We paid 4,000 for the week for a nice family vacation that was not at all worth it. I’ve stayed at several Vrbo properties before and never this bad.

Family Trip

We truly enjoyed staying in this home. It was spacious,clean, and accommodating to all of us. This house was in the Champion Gate area; very nice area!! It was near alot of the places we visit. The host/owner contacted us the day before to make sure we have all the information needed for the home. We will definitely stay again!

Overall great property

We arrived on a rainy night, the roof was leaking in one of the bedrooms. Ths hosts were very responsive and adjusted the cost for losing the bedroom. We would stay here again

GREAT HOME FOR A LARGE GROUP

From check-in to check-out everything was well communicated by host Harrs, who was very responsive. For example, there wasn't a rice cooker, but he made sure there was one in the house when we arrived. Larry, the maintenance man came to check on us to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again should we need accommodations in the future. Mahalo! Beautiful Home 9/10

This was a beautiful home in a nice area and accessible to restaurants, grocery stores. 11 family members stayed here. Communication with the resulted in quick responses. Negatives: paying additional 80 to use propane grill for week, extra to heat pool ( chose not to use) please add more cooking items such different size mixing bowls, skillets, pots and pans. Ceiling fan would be great on patio. Planning to stay again soon. 9/10

Potential to be amazing

The house is big and has all the amenities listed. There is space for everyone. The issues that need to be addressed are check-in, wear and tear, and repairs. At check-in, we were not on the list at the gate. Make sure you have the number for the property manager, the number in the contract is not accurate. Once we were added to the approved visitor list, entrance was easy. Next is wear and tear, the house has surface level cleaning but the walls have marks and some furniture has rips and stains. Lastly is repairs. The dishwasher broke while we were there and when the property manager finally replied, he replied that it had been broken by a previous tenant and we could wash by hand because the part was on order. This house has room for a lot of people. We rented it for space and so we could cook at the house. Washing by hand was a headache because there were no dish towels or working storage for wet dishes. Fixing these few issues would make this a 5 star rental.

Disney and beach trip

The property is perfectly located with only a 20-30 minute easy drive to Disney. It provided everything we needed for our short 4 night stay before we headed to the beach after Disney. There were 16 of us with 5 of those under 5 years old. Connecting rooms worked out great for all the parents and the littles. The home was very well surfaced cleaned meaning the floors and showers and sinks were so nice. However the house is in desperate need of a deep clean and new paint. The baseboards and fans were pretty nasty. As well as the area around the washer and dryer. The dishwasher did not work but we didn’t realize that until before we left because we used paper product most of the time. We had to wash dishes at the last minute before checkout because that was a requirement for proper check out procedure . The towels could be updated and nicer as well. If our stay had been longer and we had been at the house more, those things would probably have become more of an issue. But for the little time we were there, it was fine. The grand babies absolutely loved the little “water park” at the resort. All in all I would recommend this property and possibly stay hear again

Family Spring break trip

Family had a wonderful vacation. Listing is very accurate. Had a minor problem with the refrigerator. They sent someone within an hour. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more forks and a some big bowls. Otherwise they have everything you need. Would definitely book this home again! We had 14 people plenty of room for everyone.

Pool issues

Great location, nice house. Very disappointed in paying $45 a day for heated pool, and it was not heated during day, would turn on at night. 1 hour Timer had to be turned on twice for for it to heat up hot tub to Luke warm and main pool was Cold.

Super BIG House

Champions Gate community is a great vacation spot. Close to Disney but also a complete resort with community pool, fitness, food and activities. Four couples came to play golf at the nearby course which is ideal. The house was fully equipped in each and every room and there was plenty to do from indoor theater, pool table, foosball and Pac Man that even us older folks enjoyed. Altho we did not use the pool, we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the great weather. We will surely return in 2025. The host was very available and attentive. Dishwasher failed and it was replaced with brand new the same day!!! No complaints from us!
